Willian has been great this season, but he really is a level below of what we should be expecting in a starter.

He has been carrying us all season why majority of rest have been below par. Rarely has been rested too. Bound to feel the effects. Even Hazard last season, he eventually started to shown signs of fatigue and lower levels of performance.
