Manchester United transfer news: Brazilian Pato offered to Old Trafford club and Chelsea

Chelsea and Manchester United have been given the chance to sign strker Pato for around £11million

I loved this guy when he played in Milan. One of the most promising players in the world. But injuries killed him. In fact, he thought the possibility of retiring definitively because those damn injuries.

Now reports say that he has recovered an acceptable performance in Brazil and that he is thinking of coming to Premier League.

I do not know, but I think it would be a very risky signing, especially after signing Falcao. I do not know what is his current performance, but it would be very very very very risky signing.

Regards.He had the potential to become the best striker today but he is too injury prone. If and only if he changed his mentality and he's more focused then it would be a bargain.

It's too risky though, he can be a better option than Falcao. I'd rather give Patrick a chance to be honest, he's young english and has the potential to surpass Diego.

I really don't know what you are talking about mate. I won't even discuss that, because Pato is a player for play in MLS, Chinese League or Brazilian one. He has a big name, but just not good enough for highest level of football. Perfect for that kind of league.
