Fabregas? Costa?

O, you misunderstood! Fabregas in my mind would anyway always play next to Matic and behind Willian/Oscar.

Ibrahimovic would in fact be a bit much B) but having a top-class alternative to Costa when he's out of form/out injured can never harm, right?

I agree he has played a few games already this season with barca... he knows Cesc from his time at Barca and probably played against Costa and Azi with the Spanish squad... I can't see him starting on Sunday but i have a suspicion he will be on the bench mainly due to a lack of depth in the squad.

No,Pedro is better than Willian and Cuadrado and Pedro will be in our starting 11 there is no doubt.

That is exactly my observation. Since Jose came he has managed to increase the average age of the squad from 24. For three consecutive season he has brought in three washed up old strikers, and two of those were his former players, and one being a player of his agent. So he could have gradually Bamford and Solanke since his return if he has a long term plan for the club. I guess winning an under-20 CL doe not mean anything to him. He has also reduced the creativity of the team considerably and has zero plans to play attractive football.

Short term-ism at its finest.
