Mate. Its not just pre season. The time hes been away has filled him with confidence. Hes been with a big club where all the players/manager/supoporters love him. Hes now brought all that back with him.

Now I really like Willian. Thought he was very similar to Oscar/Schurrle for awhile but he became a fave of mine.

I'm just saying that RIGHT NOW I would select him over Willian. Not saying Willian should go or be replaced.

Maybe he's done quite well in Italy but that's not mattered is it? It's EPL we're talking about and I'm not convinced until he put on some good performance week in week out. Admittedly he did show a glimpse of brilliance in preseason. However since our squad is still very thin I'm all for us keeping him and hopefully he can prove me wrong when he's been given opportunities.

The sooner he's gone the better for me. He clearly wants to go back to Italy & for my sanity I'd rather not watch a player who can't do any of the basics right, falls over his own feet when dribbling, has no awareness of opponents around him, and is naive defensively.

Juan Cuadrado is set to return to Juventus on loan fromChelsea, according to Tuttosport.

The Colombian spent last season on loan with Juve and another deal has apparently been agreed, without an option to buy.

He has 3 years left but since our board looks stupid they may keep loaning him  Because if nobody wants to pay 20m now, they wont pay that after 1 season too.

Before doing the usual and slating the board let's first see if it's a loan with a forced buy-clause like was rumoured recently. Those are not that uncommon these days, done with the intention of getting the income from sale to only appear in the next financial year's books.

But if it is only a loan with some small loan fee it's pointless, we're talking about a player whose value is only on the decline as time goes on because of his age.
