Not as ridiculous as it seems. If EA is using Cuadrado with Chelsea kit, instead of Colombia one, its because they know Cuadrado won't be sold.

Yeah, like they knew Spurs wouldn't sell Bale two years ago when they had him on the cover with a Spurs kit?

These things matter very little when it comes to the bigger picture. If he does get sold, they'll just change the cover star to another Chelsea player or Cuadrado with the shirt of his new club. The game won't be released until late September or early October anyway so they'll have plenty of time to make the change if needed.

That's not entirely true as original fifa 14 cover had tottenham Gareth Bale of for him to later be sold and the kit changed to Madrid jersey Bale

Above me post made same point disregard..

EA is not a Spurs partner. There is a huge difference there.

Big difference. Spurs is a small club, Real a giant one, and EA is a Chelsea partner. Thats why Cuadrado is on the cover. The public poll is just a lie. Oscar is the cover of Brazilian FIFA 16 cover. Another one who won't be sold.

Well, we still have Salah. At this point, he can't be any worse than Cuadrado.

He hasn't played a full ninety minutes and you are criticising him. he came in the January transfer window, he just needs some time to adjust . Not many players are like Matic who hit the ground running immediately after coming in from the January transfer window

I already agreed with you that Cuadrado is going nowhere but my reasons for that assumption are based entirely on the fact he was a huge €30M investment by the club who should, and most likely will be, given at least a full year with proper pre-season preparation to show us his qualities. Your reason was that he appears on the scetch cover of a video game that will be released later this year.

Now, which of these arguments sounds more sensible from the perspective of board members at one of the biggest football clubs in the world who decide what to do with Cuadrado's future?

Im sure Roman and Emenalo have EA on speed dial to make sure theyre kept up todate on all our transfer news. They probably keep investigators in their media department digging thru bins and throwing money to secretarys etc.

As for the photo all they need to do is Photoshop a head or new kit or a new person onto the cover. Only a simple job.

It's fairly easy for someone with skills to edit the old kit into new one on that image :)

Probably EA didn't expect we would take ages to unveil out kit and had dates already set to unveil covers so they had to use the old kit.

Yes that true but my point was they can change the kit in the other team colors for which Cuadrado will sign! :D

Because some peolple here a so cocky and certain that if he is unveild on the cover of the game with chelsea kit that automaticly means that he is staying in Chelsea! For me that sounds stupid, outrages and hillarious in the same damn time!
