I personally think Andre is a lot better than cuadrado. And don't think cuadrado, right now, is any better than 22 salah.

Reckon Fiorenting was very happy with the transfer fee. 10mil overpriced for me.

I don't think age makes too much of a difference, some people's personalities are just shy/nervous regardless of how old they are.

I think if salah went from England to spain or Germany then the point is a fair one, but hes going to Itlay, I don't think his perfomances hold too much.

Well falcao did get starts and sucked.

Cuardrado was completly useless today , everytime he had the ball he lost it. His dribbles were nullified so easily.

Lets hope he gets better , maybe hes still adapting

Falcao was fine when he was first starting he had 3 goals and 2 assists in 5 games then LVG benched him for no reason and he never was the same again.

For players moving to england and adapting to a new game regular playing time is a major issue. More so for Falcao who was recovering from a injury.

I don't want to pass any judgment on Cuadrado yet but his performance against Everton aside, he has been rather underwhelming. Plenty of fancy footwork but hasn't produce enough quality stuff with the ball and not to mention, he looks lightweight and gets pushed off the ball a little too easily at times.

I think support here , considering the fickleness of most forum members is a harsh word. Not understandable. As I've said it, in Costa's thread, in Matic's..people that don't set foot on a pitch half the size of Stamford Bridge, are able to give their opinion on how shit Cuadrado/Costa/Matic/Willian are, when in all fairness, the first mentioned, hasn't started in the last 4 games(if i am not mistaken). Any knowing person, who has played for amateur/professional sides, no matter where, knows just how much match practice is crucial to a player. If you are in a rhythm, and that rhythm stops, it's hard to get it back..He's settling into new life, new language, new level of football and in need of building up fitness levels and physique. Given all that, me, you, and people who understand it are staying behind him, like "we" probably did with Salah/De Bruyne/Oscar.

This guy deserves a chance, but I think that is difficult that he can have it this season. Right now Jose is teaching him his philosophy of play and probably will have a great opportunity next season.

Many players with Jose need a first season adapting their techniques to work of Jose and afterwards they are important players.

I think that Cuadrado has many qualities to be a good team player for us.

Cuadrado has come at a delicate time for us, with many matches with too much responsibility. So it was difficult to bet for a new player right now.

For me it is impossible to describe the actions of Cuadrado because he has not played yet practically. But I am sure that Jose will make Cuadrado a major player.

He was beyond useless . You can lose your mind in anger and thoughts how is that possible for a professional footballer at that level to play that bad.

But I already learned my lesson. Through the years I already understood that there isn't lowest point a footballer at this level cannot reach. It's all about confidence.

The footballers are really sensitive, young, big earning twats. Majority of them don't finish school. 99% are sensitive as fuck. They have fragile mind, even so called tough guys like Drogba for example, their minds are fragile and delicate. They have to feel the "love", importance to perform.

So I am not surprised how Cuadrado played so far. Mourinho already showed that he can rid his squad players of any kind of confidence. KdB, Mata, Schurrle, Salah, they are players who didn't have the lowest point in the confidence anywhere than here. Salah wasn't taking players on at all, he was afraid to death to do that and SOMEHOW he started to doing that at Fiorentina in less than a month. Mourinho through his fear of rotation and forbiddance of subbing players earlier than 70th minute, really do damage to every squad player we've had. They're bereft of any kind of confidence and that's why they can put a performance beyond ridiculous.

I think I didn't write something about Cuadrado yet so here it is.

I really feared about how easy he's been shoved off the ball in Italy. Even after watching extensively his highlights, I picked up one feature that I was the most feared about. When he's pressing and attacked from the back he can loose the ball very cheaply. He can't protect the ball enough. He hasn't got enough power to stand on his feet nor he doesn't have smooth, pressing resistant technique. On the plus side I really liked how positive he was in his play, how he likes to run at his opponents. But he needs confidence to do that.

They're lots of opinions about English league that I don't agree with, but in English football more than anywhere else you have to expect pressing from the back. Many teams do that like mad and also our style of play invites that. We isolate our attackers, through our approach, and they have to endure more duels, more times they have to keep the ball from heavy pressing.

And that's why I was very suspicious about Cuadrado coming here. We already have offensive players in Diego Costa, Oscar, Fabregas who can't keep the ball when they are pressed.

When Cuadrado will have his confidence, he will be good squad player, but we really need someone who can resist that pressing thanks to his technique and low sense of gravity.

We have a specialized player in our Academy for that matter. Someone who has sublime technique, low sense of gravity and stays strong on his feet when pressed. This guy is Jeremie Boga. If we can't buy player to tick those boxes, let's give our player a goddamn chance. He's so fucking good that it will be retarded if he doesn't have his chance.

"Cuadrado has yet to realise that you don't get a lot of time in the Premier League. I counted three occasions in the short time he was on where he received the ball thinking he had acres and was closed down so quickly he lost control or was tackled. Aye. In my honest opinion, this is exactly why Salah has been such a great success in Italy and why he failed here. The pace of the game in the PL is just unbelievable. Some highlights I've watched of Salah at Firentina were basically ,,Salah gets the ball, Salah moves the ball, looks for teammates, runs a bit, looks left, then moves a bit, looks right, moves a bit...and makes a pass" and this was all done in the opponent's half...while here it was "Salah gets the ball, BAM, defender(s) make(s) a tackle, attack over, run for to defend the counter".
