Quad's first months at Chelsea were awful so it's possible that Juve and Inter were trying to get him on loan or buy him cheap. But IMHO at his best he is a mirror copy of Willian. This just makes him a good prospect.The thing is we have so many players that we are taking gambles on and hoping they will come good.Cuadrado, will he offer anything different to what we already have even IF he comes right.Oscar, hoping he wont go into hibernation once the new year approaches and he manages to make more offensive contributions as thats what he is paid for.Willian, similar to Willian but hopefullyawake at the start of the season. (I would be happy if we could use them both as one player. Oscar till end of Dec and Willian after it.)Cahill,shakey,lost and nervous for alot of the season and looked physically a shadow of his usual self. Looked very similar to Schurrle alot of the time.Bane, defensively absent and goes roaming up field alot and as hes not the fastest of players he left Cahill even more nervous.Not a common thought I know but I like each of them and they all offer a little something to the team and I would happily keep most of them for depth. His confidence is also extremely low he is afraid to shot even when potentially facing a 1 on 1.Unless something changes he is gonna be our Colombian Zhukov. termninja 5,290 Posted July 26, 2015 Share Posted July 26, 2015 On the scale of 0 to 100 his confidence is -100.Good thing is that Jose will know his mentality and personality and if he isn't mentally prepared to handle pressure we will sell him. Honestly he seems rather unintelligent to me in footballing sense and when the level is raised he struggles to match it. One thing you can't check in a medical test is mental strength because we do not employ any zen master yet.Honestly this guys make 35m for Douglas Costa looks like a bargain(who is actually pretty good so far for Bayern). Never judge a book by its cover He may have scored all those goals for Fiorentina but it wasn't like he was tearing Serie A apart and inspiring Fiorentina in the manner Hazard does for us.
