Unionjack 7,531
It all depends on how Moses gets on with Conte. Alot of our Euro lads of course joined up late. So theyve not had much of a chance to bond with Conte. Altho Moses hasn't done much wrong I cant see him taking Edens spot. Tho I would keep him as another LAM option. It seems Square has caught Contes eye so he must have some reason for it. I dont like this loan/buy crap. We dont owe Juve Jack shit.. They wont sell us players so fuck em. Id tell them to pay what he cost us or we do some swap exchanges. Juves buying to build and will soon be £100mill better off with alot smaller wage bill. They will come for Matic. Lets see how much they need Matic/Square.

Sell Cuadrado to Juve only if we get Bonucci ! I'd keep Moses on the left and push Hazard in a free role behind strikers

I am pleased to train him.“ [ESPN] Conte: "When today you can have a substitution of Cuadrado and Pedro to replace Willian and Moses, it is good for #Chelsea.“ [ESPN] Conte: "Juan Cuadrado is a #Chelsea player and I hope he remains one.“ [ESPN]

Parky 739
I've been critical of him but to be fair maybe he deserves one full season with a new manager like Conte.

Gilvorak 3,734
He's a genuine winger rather than a zone winger like Hazard or whatever the hell Pedro & Willian are.
Abreu03 292
Glory that Cuadrado's back, not for a top team to have a player like Willian limited being undisputed in the starting lineup. I hope the Colombian play very well this season.
Blue-in-me-Veins 4,067
Would just like to issue some calm to the praise being given towards Cuadrado. Yes he played well under Allegri in Italy, but let us not forget how lost he was when he he played for us, looking like "Bambi on Ice" as one @The Mak would regularly state.  I hope Cuadrado proves to be a better more offensively lethal option than Willian, and more consistent than Pedro, but lighting it up against Real Madrid's B/C side is not enough to get me out of my seat. CHOULO19 24,332
If Hazard is going to play in the second striker position, him and Pedro will need to step up their game. That left wing position won't be up for grab for long. If neither claims it, we'll probably be looking to sign someone in the next two windows.
The Mak 4,459
The way I see it is, the best that can come from Cuadrado this season is that he reaches a level similar to Willain - and that's me being very generous to Cuadrado. (1) I don't think that will ever happen and (2) I don't think we need another player who can barely cross or score a goal. He is still wanted by clubs right now, is in his late 20s and probably on big money (compared to wage bills outside England). If he has a season anywhere near like he did when he first came here, who the fuck would buy him? Especially if they know we would probably accept a loan just to be shot of him? I can honestly see this turning into another Malouda situation where we can't get rid of him for love nor money. I really hate questioning Conte so early on; I really, really do. But I cannot say alarm bells didn't ring in my head when I heard he wants him in the squad. Again, I really hate saying it, but a decision like that makes me think if Conte realises the difference between Serie A and the Premier League - because some players are just suited to certain leagues. A session at a winning club that has buily up his confidence where the supporters and club love him. Now we have brought him back and right now he is more of a direct attacker and maybe a better option than Willian. And its great that we got a similar situation on the LW too But cant see him taking 1st choice spot.
