Really don't want him to leave but I've seen something like disapointment in his latest goal celebration. (Sydney goal) Ok it was a friendly but he didn't look happy at all. Normally you at least have a little smile when you score.

With the rumors of Falcao coming in, his common sense would probably tell him that he will be the 3rd striker next season (and winger), even when he has proven himself this season.

He's also nearing 30, so if he decides to leave and wants to be 1st choice somewhere, It would be understandable.

Hope he stays.

The fuck, I always thought he was 26/27.

If he leaves - that will be a very poor bit of business IMHO

The £8 million we paid for him is peanuts in comparison to his goals per game

Unless Charlie Austin and Falcao are coming in this is bollox

If West Spam want a striker - take Bamford on loan!

I really like Remy but let be honest here, he is too injury prone to be our 2nd striker. Benteke, Falcao, Costa or swap out Benteke for Austin(Chelsea supporter) and we have a formidable strike force

Remy...too injury prone? How is Remy injury prone when he suffered only two injuries in 2014/15 (both incidentally happened when Costa was out too)?

Otherwise, Remy spent practically half of the time on the bench because Mourinho was reluctant to play him for whatever reason.

OVERANALYZING KLAXON!

He didn't sound like he wanted to leave in his post-match interview after the Sunderland game...

Precisely my point. Every time he had a chance to get a run of games he got injured. We were forced to play Drogba... With Costa an injury risk we can't have our no.2 also an injury worry, especially if Falcao is coming here.

Like it was his fault that he got injured at the wrong time.....even when he was available before the latter stages of the campaign, Mourinho chose to play Drogba instead of Remy. We didn't just play Drogba because we were forced to.

Who's placing blame? My point is we can't have an injury prone no. 2

And my point is saying Remy is injury prone because of two injuries that happened at the wrong time is nonsense. It's not like he spent most of the season on the treatment table.

EDIT: Not to mention, the second injury he had was caused by someone accidentally kicking him in training.

You think Remy's injury history starts this year? Brother....

I like Remy too but if we can upgrade we should do it.

Drogba was playing ahead of Remy on merit before Christmas.

Remy got injured vs Marinbor, Didier then scored 3 in a week and was on good form after that, as soon as that changed Remy was back at #2.

Six injuries in seven years - none of which caused him to sit out for a significant amount of time - mean he's injury prone? Convincing...

He did but no one had expected/thought Drogba would be second choice and Remy third when last season began.

Wow... in the last three years he's had reoccurring injuries that have forced him to miss

calf - 16 games

groin - 10 games

Would you call Costa injury prone? because in the last 3 yrs he's missed less games than Remy....

I guess a better question is what do you consider injury prone? I would think it would start with reoccurring injuries no?

Still only 6 injuries in 7 seven years and besides, there's a 20-month injury free period between the first and second groin and calf injuries. Hardly suffered them repeatedly.

Wouldn't even consider Costa to be injury prone.

What do I consider injury prone? The number of injuries suffered over the years/often picking up injuries - players like Carroll, Pato, Marin, Agger, Diaby etc. The severity of it can also be a factor.
