For me it has to be Cahill to be dropped to fit everyone in. Although, that doesn't solve the real problem, which is that we can't use a highline because of the speed of JT, but of course no way can we drop JT.

Cahill has been making mistakes with his positioning and on the ball, he always has, most of them lead to nothing though because of JT and Iva covering.

The way I see it, Luis and Azpi HAVE to play, they are our best fullbacks who will offer us a very good balance between attacking and defending. That means Iva who has been amazing this season has to be dropped or replace Gary.

Yeah i also don't know where this sentiment that Iva is a better CB than RB has come from, i'll never forget that match vs Arsenal in 2011, when we lost 3-1, and even though he scored the people here were all over him.

That was my opinion a few years ago. But now he has lost some physical ability, at his current state he is a much fit playing CB then RB. I think this team could do more with a CB that is more comfertable on the ball and aggressive. Also having Azpi is another reason why i would want Ivan as a CB.
