zolayes 14,489
Wow, wait, hold on a sec. Now we should go for another striker, because the horse placenta treatment didn't work?it would have worked fine with Heskey
1chelsea 864
As i said i would go for Cavani he is the perfect striker. If we fail which is quite likely to get any of those 3 i would go for Benzema or Balotelli.carry on
Chelsea Legend 11 4,062
never like the idea of buying someone when they're damaged... Proceed with caution Chelsea.

zolayes 14,489
time for a reality check ... AM had the two biggest games in their history . They gambled twice ,, and lost both times .Now Diego almost certainly won't go to the WC .. He will get an extra 2 months to recover . Surely with propermedical care that should deal with a muscle problem . I am sure when Eva gets her hands on his thigh he will feel muchbetter,
bababoom 4,478
It's just a hamstring injury, Torres injured his knee ffs.. it will not be serious.

MrExcalibur100 7,124
Torres injury history:http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/fernando-torres/verletzungen/spieler/7767Notice how Torres has suffered at least 3-4 major knee injuries compared to Costa's zero. And they even have it wrong. Some of the blank spaces are actually knee injuries as well so Torres might have had at least 7 knee injuries in his career. Maybe even more. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2442046/Fernando-Torres-weeks-knee-injury.html http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2896/premier-league/2014/01/24/4566948/mourinho-torres-out-for-up-to-a-month-with-knee-injury Diego Costa injury history:http://www.transfermarkt.com/diego-costa/verletzungen/spieler/44779Costa so far in his career, apart from doing his ACL 3 years ago has had no major injuries in his career. His hamstring is just not being allowed to heal properly. It's like comparing apples with oranges.
Pizy 18,909
So are we positive he won't be going to the World Cup? I really would delay/cancel the deal if he goes and fucks up his injury even more.

MrExcalibur100 7,124
Was there anyone out there that was surprised that Costa's hamstring didn't hold after 7 days of recovery? That's the real question.

Chelsea Legend 11 4,062
Degenerative knees and a hamstring injury are two very different things. NO need to compare but an injured player is an injured player... I'm not all gung-ho about this move as I used to be. He is a beast but I don't like hamstring injuries, especially in succession they can be tricky.
