You can talk about Remy for example that is not in the starting eleven, maybe deserves to play more and still plays well even if he has to play out of position (and Remy playd out of position, Salah didn't). And about other players.

Where did Salah play tonight and where has he played for Egypt?

Please don't tell me what he is/isn't if you haven't watched him on a regular basis. He NORMALLY plays as a AMF/SS or as a lone CF (rare occurrences).

Players are made/forced to play in a position, but it doesn't mean that's their position. Iva plays our RB, but he's a CB. It's a known fact.
