Basic physics...And Cech doesnt try to save those impossible balls because it is best to maintain composure abd try to protect the next play than to give a goal on the rebound. Now, what he did very wrong on this specifc play was to make one more step than normal towards his right side, which made the dive for the top left corner impossible for him to do!Cech is one of the best GKs in the world (although he has been out of form recently). It is not a teenager (who has never played in the position in his entrie life) over the internet thar will tell him when he has to dive or not...
