Chelsea is a world class club and as such needs players with a world class spirit. KDB needs to go.

He's still very young, so I wouldn't comment on his spirit just yet. But sadly, I think you're right. He needs to go somewhere he'll be appreciated; It's clear he relies heavily on confidence.
