Pacquiao 1,834
Assumptions. Sturridge, Coutinho and Borini (LOL) put together are not even on the same level as Suarez.ok but Gerrard, Downing, Borini, Sturridge, Coutinho, Henderson would have got them where they are now! had Sturridge been there main striker from the start, thats 20+ goals right there on his own! plus what the others would contribute would more than compensate for not having Suarez! so stop acting as if Liverpool would be in a relegation battle right now if they never had Suarez!!! Backstreet09 499
are you serious??? im basing it on the fact that Sturridge, Coutinho and Borini are Liverpool's best attacking options apart from Suarez and there is no doubt in my mind that if they never had Suarez but had those three instead they would be in pretty much the same position!Take Suarez' goals out of the team and they'd be somewhere near the bottom. #FACT
Pacquiao 1,834
Take Suarez' goals out of the team and they'd be somewhere near the bottom. #FACTthats stupid! take Suarez goals out then other players would chip in! take Messi's goals out of the Barca team, take Ronaldo's goals out of the Real team take RVP goals out of the United team blah blah blah! if one player isnt scoring then they would stop relying on that player and using him as their focal point and other players would chip in! Still a Chelsea reject and a shit player, 2 goals against Newcastle won't change the fact he's shit. And now you're saying 6 PLAYERS put together COULD reach Suarez' level ? Wow. Speechless tbh. CHOULO19 24,332
Footballing reasons aside, it's only normal that united have the most number of players in that team. Admitting that the league was won by a team of average players does create good publicity..

The Mak 4,459
Bale's awards will mean diddly squat if Spurs finish 5th."Well done Gareth, your second half of the season projected Tottenham to...the Europa League" It'd be fantastic. Its a team game and Liverpool could have put a team together without Suarez that would have done just a crap as they have done with Suarez! You're underrating Suarez, the guy deserves a lot more. Liverpool are sh*t and without Suarez they're even more sh*t. They don't have a player who could just replace Suarez and no, not Sturridge. Discussion closed, just watch him a little more (and Liverpool) and then come back.
Backstreet09 499
all the players i mentioned before plus if they never had Suarez they would have signed another striker! If they never ever have signed Suarez, they would have never loaned Carroll and oh I'm totally sure he wouldnt have scored even the quarter of the goals Suarez did. Henderson? He's frickin average, only cause he scored 2 goals against a shit Newcastle side doesnt make him any good. uhm, Gerrard doesnt have the stamina to make the runs he once was famous for. Borini was injured for a greater part so he doesnt count, Oh and Coutinho and Sturridge ? They surely would have been in the relegation spot before they could have made those January signings Suarez > Liverpool.
Pacquiao 1,834
ok this is getting boring now Bale doesn't deserve both awards and Liverpool will finally get relegated when the great Suarez leaves lol! im off to bed! PFA Awards are a joke!!!!

Slam Dunk 1,442
How Bale still qualifies as a 'young' player, i'll never know, but I suppose if you're voted the best player in the league, you're also going to be voted as the best young player in the league. Not saying he deserves to win both, (still would've picked Suarez/RvP over him for POTY) but oh well. As I said a while ago, i'm sure one of Mata/Hazard will win it next season.
Rmpr 8,977
After what happened to Suarez, the FA would never give the award to him, so the PFA Player of the Year was fairly given. However, what is the criteria of Young Player of the Year? I mean, Hazard and Benteke deserve way more than Bale (who has already 200 games of experience, which is hardly a 'rookie')...
Jase 43,479
Sam Wallace @SamWallaceIndyPFA young player of the year: 1, Bale; 2. Benteke; 3, Hazard Hazard voted 3rd best young player.
