Mundaka 243
And you can see Benitez has worked on how our AML and AMR should ask the ball positioning wise. I see a lot of improvement on Hazard movement without the ball. Not just sticking to the sideline but moving a lot and getting that extra yard from his marker to be able to turn straight at goal after his ballcontrol. Just saying that Benitez isn't that bad and I knew the whole saga but I believe he is honourable in what he's currently doing.Just my opinion. Lol as if he has gotten that from Benitez rly... he was just doing what the coaches asked them, you dont actually believe Benitez told him to do all that what he did yesterday?Yesterday he was playing like he did @Lille, like he wants to play... if anything thank Rudi Garcia... I'm just saying, him asking the ball after moving away from the sideline, inbetween the lines is something he started doing more efficiently. Something I think is due to the boring positioning training they went trough in the past weeks. I've watched every game of him at Lille, he has been spectacular don't get me wrong, but he didn't have Mata or other worldclass players to play with. And if you think players don't evolve due to managers I think the"Lol" is on you. With a team like this you want pressure on the ball, you want to push forward, you want fast football. And Chelsea under Di Mateo was too slow and predictable. I don't say he wouldn't get there either, that's something we'll never know.I think also he's not a guy who wants to impose himself and he want to make his feet talk so it's a natural process to evolve and make himself more important game by game.I don't like Benitez that much either but you got to tip your hat for that manager being in the position and pressure he is. And to say that it was predicatable under Di Mateo? What do you call the football under Benitez then the first 3/4 months???Only thing i give Benitez credit for in comparison to DM is that the players track back better, but optimally that wont even be needed, its just a matter of positionplay, they run way to much now. He is not known for rigid boring football. You must be thinking of Mourinho. LFC under Rafa scored more goals in a season than ever before in their long history, also more points in the PL. The players at Inter, LFC, Valencia and his earlier teams all spoke of his flexibility. How he expected them to know three or four formations and to change the formations during a match. In Spain he is thought of as near genius for the way his Valencia team cut through the opposition - winning the Liga twice over Real Madrid and Barcelona beating both of those teams on the way. In fact he got the LFC job partly because the exciting and swashbukling way he demolished LFC at Anfield in the previous season during a CL match. (LFC supporters, who are very well informed, were typically appreciative of the performance even though it was by an opposing team). Many players have spoken about his influence on them - how he taught them the small things that made them more effective and better team players. Torres, for example, has give Rafa a lot of the credit for his explosive form at LFC. Most critics would agree that Gerrard and even Carragher had their best years under Rafa and there are many others who blossomed under his direction. Mundaka 243
Would be strange if he wouldnt have made players better at all after those years... but the way we played yesterday is not his style, at all, and certainly not something he teached Hazard in a few weeks...and i compare with teams that play very fluid football as in ajax, dortmound, barcelona, lille, brazial clubs, Belgian/Holland/Brazilian/Chili NT's...You can (try to) be tactically flexible, but still be rigid btw...(fe Mansitty)Ow andscoring goals and being rigid has nothing to do with eachother anyways, like you mentioned, look at RM+ your list of his victory's/tactics n stuff seems nice and all but is really next to the point... Always 1second too slow to pass the ball in the pocket of space Hazard had to run past players. With Balmont, Gervinho, Debuchy, they had so much players running blind alleys, it was frustrating to watch. Like they were not doing the same sport. But you're also right, Benitez improved Hazard on some of his movements. And for example inside the box, he moves a lot better than before, positioning himself in front of defenders to be first on the ball if the keeper fumble a little bit.But it's easier with a player like Mata than with a player like Gervinho. At the end, Hazard was not following as much Gervinho as he would never looked to make a pass and know when to stop running.

Backstreet09 499
Ba was horrendous , missed like 4 open goals ? He got more through balls and had more chances than Torres had in his entire Chelsea Career . Oh yesh , I may sound a bit biased and I'm a Torres loverboy but that just was the shittiest performances I've ever witnessed with my two ugly guilty eyes in my whole shit life .Torres on the other end , I know he has been shit . Sometimes it seems he even is not trying but well class is class and Ba hasn't got any =PCome at me Broooooozzz , but this is the ugly truth and i just cant stop laughing on the dudes who were saying we should go on with Lukaku and Ba next season ? SERIOUSLY >.<
