Gullit was saying (week ago) that if Torres starts scoring like crazy for Milan, which he thinks is possible, it won't bode well for Serie A. If you replace Cesc with Oscar or any other CM's we have had throughout Torre's tenure here, he might still be here... The truth hurts but Cesc is the exact player Torres needed while he was here, and we never got one. But I hope he can regain form in Milan, as for us I'm completely happy with Costa even though he seems to have an extremely limited skillset.
