But we're stuck with HG quota. We can take Bamford as our HG striker and buy someone who will provide experience, and this way we have insurance in case Costa gets injured (God forbid) and Bamford will work as 4th striker and get the experience in process.

But with Torres we have 2 strikers, and it may be too optimistic considering Drogba's age.

they had a lot of injured strikers last season. jovetic kinda injured whole season, aguero now and then...negredo was in great for at the start of the season, dzeko was great at the end of the season, with constant plays from aguero whenever he was able to play. that's one of the reasons why are they the champions. imagine if the didn't have dzeko or negredo...
