Special Juan 28,141
He played well vs Sunderland taking into account the overall performance. If he plays today i have a good feeling he'll do well. Seriously it's probably his last big chance to show something, anything.Today's game will be similar to that of his first game from the bench against Liverpool after his transfer....Too much emotional attachment. Of course he's a professional and all that but even in the PC's it's all talk of how he is a supporter of the club and his love blah blah blah. I hope he turns it on, but I can't see it and hope I am left eating humble pie.

There is a hostile aura @ Anfield, while Madrid is something sweet and innocent-like for him. He may totally hit a blackout and start play fucking brilliant again. (Ok ok never gonna happen, i know, but hope dies last!)
LAM09 7,050
We aren't asking a lot from him, just effort and make it tough for the opponent. I'm seriously worried if he starts both the Atletico game and Liverpool, his head will be like a fucking washing machine on full spin.He needs to show he can still do a job. I personally want him to start tonight at the very least.

Popular Post! Ainsley Harriott 2,732 Posted April 22, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted April 22, 2014 Gotta be honest... Considering the support he had and level of play he has shown in the previous games, I thought he did pretty good. Well done. Eidur the Spider 4,515
Well played Nando. Great work rate tonight. Trying to make something out of nothing and if that free kick at the end went in then we'd have him to thank somewhat. Well in.
Melanicus 5,208
He was great tonight, few really good dribbles! But this doesn't mean he shouldn't fuck off this summer tho.
CHOULO19 24,332
Started badly, but then did very well..in patches. Still hope Eto'o is fit for the return leg, though.

Well done. Not really. Too keen to dribble with the ball when at times he should have passed it and also, remember that one counter attack we had in the first half with Ramires charging down the right flank? Any striker would be busting their gut to get into the box and provide option to receive the pass but instead, Torres was only half jogging into the box before Ramires (annoyingly) blazed it over the goal. chelseathebest
didierforever 7,349
good game. now if he can find out that pass instead of trying to dribble past everyone, it would do the team a world of good. still, did much better than i could have hoped for. Tomo 21,751
Depends what you judge him on, his standards or whst we actually need. I judge him on the latter and quite frankly the difference between him and even a subpar Diego Costa is alarming.
