OK, here is another question. What if, the final was between Roma vs Everton for example and Roma get top 2 in their league in the same season which is direct qualification for CL and if Roma win the EL, will Everton as runner ups be given the champions league spot?

From my understanding, no. Instead, it will benefit another team from another association/country based on the UEFA country coefficients.
