  1. 1. Rafa Out?

Unfortunately, there are people out there who think these players are robot, gonna just come in and magically solve our problems.

Yeah, I know...

We need big time players that will have big impact and leardership NOW, we need it pratically in the three areas of the field (pivot being the most needed). On the other hand, we must not fuck with Josh or KDB just because we are in despair.

I desperatly want a CM, but do not want to spend 30mi for a 10-15mi players. I seriously dont see much options for a January transfer. Anyone in mind?

We might have a decent atmosphere at the club if another manager comes in but he may not have the right ability to manage us. Still gonna be a problem then though maybe one lesser. No big name managers available out there at the moment.

We dont need one.

The atmosphere wont be decent, it will be fantastic compared to what we have right now. I'm telling you, anyone who comes in will have players and fans united and that is a mighty force. Now everything is so sad, its incredible to see a club, who had the most amazing season of all just half a year ago, losing its identity and supporters.

They (the board and Roman) knew what will happen if they appoint him, and despite everything they did. But it would be better for them to have us on their side as they dont know just when they might need us.

Speaking about ability, hes shown only the ability to lead the club to abyss. What we need is something he will never ever be able to achieve at this club - togetherness, unity, passion, determination and a blue heart. This club has dug its way out of all sorts of problems that way, and that way only.

I have read/heard a many arguments that rafa isn't at fault for some of our weak performances. The fault should lie @ the players cause they are well compensated for their positions @ Chelsea, but I have to really disagree w/ that argument. Especially after reading this quote from Ruud Gullit's autobiography -'The coach is at the very center of the whole machinery of putting a team together & getting it to play well'

To me that is the essence of the being the Gaffer. Providing the motivation & energy from the Gaffer. I am not seeing this come from rafadyce one bitnope.gif

Fuck the 'balance' he wants in our squad. Honestly fuck it. I enjoyed the 3 maestros all playing together under Di Matteo far more. Sure, Rafa has probably made Hazard a bit of a better player, but Oscar looks like a shadow of what he first showed, the defence isn't that much better, and although I like Moses lots, I don't like him being an automatic starter. He's deserved to be dropped once or twice yet is just kept there, much like Torres. Torres starts regardless. I absolutely hate it.

Obviously some games needs players who track back more, offer more width etc. but he is far too stubborn. He sets us up as if we're playing against Barcelona when we take on League 1 teams ffs.

Yes, but we would still need a good manager to lead out and manage the team properly. Can't understand the importance of having a manager with good management ability.

I dont know what that means, but I will assume it is a good thing just because I want it to be! Cant stand looking at this shit in our blue/white uniform....

It basically means that the betting sites are confident he'll be getting sacked (I think) so to try and not lose too much money, they're not letting people bet on him being sacked now.. or something.

But yeah I agree!

Now we're getting somewhere. We need a good manager, not a top class manager. A top class manager can only be appointed in the summer (the man on your avatar that is :D )

Why not try for Capello ?

It would be a similar story like with Guus. Roman can use his Russian connections to allow him to manage a club at least until summer. Question is would he say yes, but worth a shot.

Yeah i have someone in mind, a "cheap mordric" that is Lucas Biglia from Argentina, he plays for Anderlecht in Belgium and is a damn good regista with a buy out clause @ 8M€, so 6,5M£

He is a killer in defense btw

Imagine where we'd be in the league if we'd stuck with the 3 maestros but with Ba up front instead of Torres. I'm positive that while we'd leak goals, we'd outscore almost any team. Kinda like what Zemen has tried (and not really pulled off to great affect) at Roma. The team with most goals wins the game - not the least goals conceded. I want teams to fear us and be like "Oh shit, they will score against us." Not be all "Oh, let's see how to approach this game. They've got the usual balance etc...oh, there's a weakness."

I am seriously the worst person in the forum for you to nominate an Argentine to join Chelsea. :P

I will have a look at him though...

He is really more than decent for this price tag, but i heard that inter milan is strongly linked with him.

He is a cheap mordric copy-paste like

PS: take it as it, the link with inter milan (but in french sorry but google translate will give us the approximative translation)

we can't even beat qpha at home, so why would I believe telly tubby leading us to 4 consecutive European Cup titles?

It would be weird but then at least he could say 'Chelsea have the same amount of Champions Leagues as Liverpool, FACT." even though I don't know why he'd do such shit he'd probably be like 'I love Fernando and want to have his babies in Liverpool. FACT"

Good christ, this is the attitude that got us into this big mess in the first place.

No more stupid football thanks, proper football only.
