Interesting trend I have discovered @ CFC. Any Gaffer that wins a Trophy usually gets fired. Gullit, Vialli, Jose, Don Carlo & RDM. Ok, Hiddink, Scolari & AVB didn't fit the profile, but you can see where I am going w/ this. So for those in the know, how is one elected to the CFC Board? Is this a lifetime position or can they get kicked off?

The following people in the Chelsea hiearchy should be fired for all that's gone wrong this season.

Eugene Tenenbaum
"Roman’s right hand man, key director, and closest aide at Chelsea"
Bruce Buck
CFC Chairman
Marina Granovskaia
"Abramovich’s personal assistant who, to some, runs Chelsea, at least certain executive aspects of the clubs inner workings."
Michael Kevin Emenalo
CFC Technical Director
Piet De Visser
"Abramovich’s personal ‘scout’"
Ron Gourlay
CFC Chief executive

I dont think everyone on the board should be sacked or is at fault. I'll just quote what i think the actions of the board are and where things went wrong.

The board were used to buying anyone to solve their problems. With FFP, that has changed now so i think they came up with a plan to buy a lot of young players with great potential, loan them to various clubs for experience and get them back when they become big players we usually spend cash on.

The problem is that they forgot about our small squad right now, and were too busy trying to balance the books on FFP. When they realised almost all of the on loan players are not chelsea quality yet and that it will take time we were already in the mess.

They now tried another drastic decision by hiring a new manager to spark a season revival. But their choice was a horribly woeful one, removing a legend for someone that is hated by the fans? It has never worked, just ask alex mcleish of astonvilla and gary megson of bolton, they felt the full effect of this. The worst of this decision is that rafa is a naive manager with weird tactis of puting in a defender when we need a goal , and a striker when we need to defend :o.

He is not even as good as rdm at the end of the day, so they should admit they are wrong and fix this problem before it gets worse. Maybe sacking the person in charge of putting us in the season with this small squad should be used as a scape goat to get them serious and focused to avoid such terrible mistakes ever.

Eugene Tenenbaum - Focuses more on the economical side of things.
Bruce Buck - Everything goes through him. Should've been gone a long time a go.
Marina Granovskaia - Used to negotiate transfers. Responsible for high transfer fee's and contracts. Sack.
Michael Kevin Emenalo - Responsible for the small squad. Sack.
Piet De Visser - Has brought in some incredible players through the years. He's 78 years old and will most likely retire in the very near future.
Ron Gourlay - Not entirely sure of his exact role, but he seems to be focused more on getting sponsorships and PR.

When one looks at the above list of folks to be fired, pretty soon no one is left except chelseapony.

Well, just to be serious for a minute or two.

Since we all know about Chelsea´s current depleted squad, whoever is responsible for it should be fired especially if the team misses on top four places, I feel.

To fire the whole crew, as written above is just not feasible.

We've had a lot of injuries this season too - sack Eva.

Plus some of my tickets got lost in the mail - sack one of the women in the ticket office.

I stubbed my toe on one of the steps in the West Stand - find the architect and sack him.

Anything good happened to you while at the games ?

Happily sack the manager of the ticket office, Graham. He's a cunt.

I had trouble getting a phone signal when I was about to read one of your posts. That was a nice surprise.

I am sad to hear that though.

Could you tell me how much the tickets to see Chelsea are going for, these days ? Are these tickets readily available ? Since I live in central Europe now, I only get to see Chelsea 2-3 times a year only.

The Hope For The Day

I read somewhere that Benitez was given two days off after the game on Saturday (hopefully giving the Owner/Board a chance to review who to appoint when they sack him).

TFSW (he's no longer a 'waiter' for me, I'm sure most of you can choose the appropriate word beginning with W that I've substituted!) comes into work this morning and is duly told to remove his posterior from the Managers chair.

Around mid-day the news reaches the media, a national half-day of rejoicing begins for Chelsea fans.

Then reality hit and I realised the twat is still here!

what if the waiter already knows he's not getting the full time manager job

and will try to cause as much damage as he can while he's still here

Unlikely. I think he cares about his career more than destroying us.

It is quite funny seeing people seriously calling out random names, who we don't know much about (Granovskaia for example), let alone how much of what has happened has been their decision and how much of it has been pulled over them and forced. There has no doubt been made huge mistakes, but we as supporters don't really have much insight into the inner workings of the club and Roman likes it that way.

Mate there will be Global celebrations if this action came to fruition. Chelsea will help provide World Peace if this actually happened.
