  1. 1. Rafa Out?

I can think of one VERY good reason:

We sack ANOTHER manager after only 7 days of being in charge. Our club would be a compelte laughing stock. Could you ever imagine any other manager taking charge after we had sacked our previous manager after 7 days?

You think we are not now? you can not be reading or listening to the media then, I want him out NOW, tomorrow or the next day is too late.

We were first for quite a while...United never made it out of their group last season...those things happen...we are in a very tough group...

I'm not saying Robbie did a perfect job, but we could have given him more time without disturbing the squad harmony, destroying our Europeam reputation and putting shitload of pressure on the whole club...then once the season was complete we could've assessed everything and made a better decision...

This comes back to the same old point about Roman never wanting Robbie in as manager in the first place. He felt Benitez would be the better bet for the short-term and there's no way of knowing if he was right or not.

What I am pointing out is that things weren't exactly rosy before Benitez and we're suffering from the same problems time and time again.

Thank you very much. It was absolutely aimed at the board. But that clown spat his dummy out and away he went. Still not received an apology! :clown:

I apologise. When you said 'the board' I assumed you meant this board/forum. It was a misunderstanding, although not quite sure you had to call me a classless wanker. But I don't really want a discussion on it.

It's all very well wanting him out, but who exactly do we get in?

The irony of it all is that Slim wont piss off as he's been lumped in with an 18 month contract so he aint going to walk anytime soon. He's fucked up Chels like he fucked up Inter after he followed Jose there. If RA binned him then I would honestly have Mark Hughes in all day long, even as an intern, At least his heart is in it and he's Chels. How about Poyet? Clarke? Moyes? Lambert? You may think twice about Lambert but he would sort our team out. He has fuck all to work with at Vanilla and I think would jump at the chance.

The Fat Controller, for all we know, it sitting sniggering, and thinking "Nice one". Chances are he aint, but we ALL know his opinion of us. Football Focus last week, Peter Schmeichel said that the cunt had said that he would never, ever manage Chelsea, ever. So why is the cunt here and why did that Russian knob jockey employ him.

Honestly, I am royally fucked off about this.

He probably felt it was his chance to get himself back out there and build back up his reputation..2 years out the bussiness surley wants to have offers pouring in after this. However in reality it is very quickly backfiring.Want to see things turn out because this is pure shite and be nice to have something to be cheerful about.

Does it have to be anyone in particular or just a manager with a contract that says he can't be sacked for 5 years?

With money we have, anyone good would suceed in couple seasons. Avb, Rdm, Ancelotti, Mourinho,...even Saf wasnt best in beggining.

But I would prefer someone classy, someone that had healthy relationship with our club in past, someone that can create nice sucessful football team, respected and loyal. Pep for example. But the board should stay from transfer decisions and let it to manager. Only then, we would have players we need and that are required to improve and extend squad as whole.

Please get Pep in summer, and let him do the job alone. Sign striker that suits us, backup striker, winger, CM, maybe CB and LB and involve our youth players in team. Do that in two-three seasons, and we should have well organised club. But sure board will fuck this up again, because they are not patient.

Exactly and thats gana be off putting if some other club comes along less known for sacking managers. If we do get Pep or whoever we get in summer they need to be given time! Not half a season....

I never said things were ideal ... but sometimes it's better to apply slight repairs then to go on a buy a new fucking car that you have no idea how will work ...

Ironically, I'm pretty sure RDM was fired when he was fired because Roman felt like he had a small window to fire him. Nobody would have been shocked had we lost to City and the next 9 matches were all quite easy (although we got only 1 point from the first 2). I'm sure we'll go on a good streak soon because our competition is so weak, but I thought that streak was going to start against Fulham.

Thats because our FSW decided to attack a middle of league team Fulham, with 6 defenders and one passed his sell by date striker, then to compound that decision, he leaves our play-maker, Mata on the bench, one word

"UNBELIEVABLE"

Taken from comments section of the Guardian match report on todays game.

Dear Chelsea Management,

It may be difficult for you to truly grasp what it feels like for an ordinary Chelsea fan who so here it is:

i. No matter how painful it may be to admit it given the massive acquisition cost, but Torres simply does not belong in a Chelsea shirt. It is IMPOSSIBLE to see how he can suddenly re-emerge as a world-class player after being a truly mediocre player for a couple of seasons. His performance (or lack of) in matches is a total drain on the rest of the team and until Chelsea actually has a forward line that can put pressure on defenses, the rest of the team will continue to suffer.

ii. No coach can fix issue highlighted above. Firing Di Matteo and replacing him with Benitez is laughable because Di Matteo understood the issue (when he benched Torres at Juventus) and he was fired for trying to deal with it. The message that the Chelsea management has sent to coaches is that Torres must be played (as a starter no less) and that is ultimately damaging to the team. Only a truly empowered manager can take Chelsea through the right path, and it starts with understanding that Torres is the problem, rather than the solution.

iii. The acquisition of Mata, Oscar, Hazard, Marin and Moses suggested that Chelsea was interested in a more entertaining and free-flowing style; however, Rafa Benitez seems to have decided that getting the ball to Torres by direct long balls is more important. Regardless, Torres is not Drogba and such an approach is certainly not working. It is neither entertaining nor attractive. Chelsea used to be a team with a non-entertaining style that won important matches. Then it became an entertaining team that lost some important matches... and now it is a confused team that can't seem to win any matches.

iv. It is hard to imagine what Benitez was thinking when he took out two of the more productive players in today's match against West Ham. Why does he think that Oscar, Mata and Hazard can not be on the field at the same time? And why did Moses need to be substituted? He was having a very, very good match. It is hard for Chelsea fans to warm up to Benitez when he makes somewhat erratic tactical decisions.

v. Buy Falcao... Buy Lewandowski... Buy ANYBODY that will instil fear in opposing defenses who must currently be rejoicing whenever they see Torres on the Chelsea team sheet.

Regards,

A deeply saddened and frustrated Chelsea fan

Roman can't be enjoying this. We all get the hump with him over one (Grant) or two (Fat spanish cunt) decisions that he has made in the past. But you only need to look at the bloke watching the games to know he cares. He can't be enjoying this now. Fuck knows what advice he took on appointing EL Wanker but whoever put the idea in his head should be shot.

I think he will act, I really do. Who he appoints next?, fuck knows but, lets face it, can it be any worse than this cunt? As big Samuel rightly said today, if you aint got the fans with you then you have no chance, and that aint going to change anytime soon.

The one upside of getting Benitez in is that there can be absolutely no doubt left that Torres is finished. If we're lucky we could be shot of him by January.

Until he goes, this club can't move on.

He was never gana have the fans with him.Even if he came in Summer I doubt he'd been welcome wherever or not we'd won the Champions League and RDM had gone.Surely someone must have thought 'this is gana be a bad appointment' guess they expected everything to be forgotten, accept RDM is gone and move on.

Hasnt helped he hasnt had any sort of impact. Not loosing to West Ham for yonks till today hasnt really helped nor the fact he doesnt seem to look very confident when shown on the touch line.

It's all very well wanting him out, but who exactly do we get in?

If there is not a Manager out there ready to take over, well we might as well lock the gates & pack up.

RAY WILKINS.

DAN PETRESCU...................... As LONG as it is not FSW.
