Hutcho 8,443
Ofcourse he is, Cahill has been in 1 UCL tournament Terry has been in somany UCL tournaments. Terry has been hunting for the UCL trophy for years now and he has finally won it. Cahill on the other hand is a younger player who has just started his career with Chelsea. And btw this has nothing to do with skill Terry is a better defender but for now he is not 100% because he was injured in the QPR game.Yeah but you could say that terry always wants to prove something to people as he is the most hated player in england. Also the fact terry may not have many more champions league campaigns left which result in him wanting it... But this is not worth arguing over as they all want to win... I do think that if he is not 100% he shouldn't play as we will need him a lot this year.

I think he should not play Ramires as a RW and Bertrand as a LW but again he does play them there alot. So i don't expect Moses to start.
CHOULO19 24,332
If it were up to me I'd go with a christmas tree formation to stop Juve's middle 3. Realistically I expect RDM to field the same lineup that played against QPR except for Mata instead of Bertrand.

KonohasOrangeFlash 2,607
If what Shulz said is true then I feel confident. We are pretty good at defending wide players. I mean, the left side will be locked down by the best LB in the world, Cole. Ivanovic is usally solid at RB too.

Would be completely shocked if it wasn't:Mikel LampardRamires Mata HazardTorresWhich is a bit unfortunate, but mata being fresh, and him linking up with hazard should give us a bit more potency in attack. It'll be a good game, which hopefully we will win...

DH1988 1,348
Not expecting much tonight, Italian team after all, can't see it being a goal fest although I'm slightly worried about Terry up against Vucinic, exactly the type of striker Terry doesn't do well against.Hoping for Ramires to sit on the bench tonight I really am.Would like to see some pace to our team tonight to really get at their defencePlease let Lampard realise he is expected to play in a defensive minded role, PLEASE. CHOULO19 24,332
For me personally I would like to see us play a 4-3-2-1 formation. This will give us enough cover in terms of them playing a 3-5-2.----------------Torres----------------------------------------------------------------------Mata------Hazard-----------------------------------------------------------Lampard--Mikel--Ramires------------------------------------------------I personally think this would give enough freedom to Mata (if not fit replace with Oscar) and Hazard to do there thing and try and feed through Torres, and will also give enough cover to deal with there 5 midfielders. If Ash or Ivan push up we will have cover in terms or Lamps, Mikel or Rambo if they counter. If not in this game I think we should at least try it, or go back to a normal 4-3-3 in which the players can play very well as we have seen before. This is exactly who I'd field. I think it is solid defensively since our middle three will mark their's and Iva ana Cole can stop Leichtenstiener and Asamoah. While on the attck, Hazard and Mata can take full advantage of the gap between Juve's defense and midfield. I really think this would give us a huge advantage, though I don't think Robbie will drop the 4-2-3-1. Juves unbeaten run starts tonight. Don't you mean ends? KonohasOrangeFlash 2,607
Yes, I'd say dropping one more body into midfield would be a wise and sensible choice. Whether it be the christmas tree or (what I think would trouble Juventus more) the 4-3-3 formation.
