capriccioso 2,545
Tbh I'm not sure how it calculates the score, seems kinda random sometimes. It's interesting because I did it in my second or third try today, without even hoping to break the 140 mark, but bam, there it was. After that I tried breaking it under pressure, but that resulted in some lapses in concentration and whatnot. At times I felt I was going to break it, but the score would still come significantly lower (133, 126, 114, 130, 124)... decided to take a break since my fingers were starting to get stiff. I've hit the magical 130+ five times though Its 5 characters = 1 word. Also I've noticed that when you don't try too hard, it's a lot easier. That run of 5 100+ scores was me taking it easy, instead of hammering away for the whole minute.I just clocked 559 chars. Just 21 from RyanDavidson. manpe 10,861
Its 5 characters = 1 word.Yeah, figured it was something like that. Although when I calculated some of my scores in relation to keystrokes I got something like 5,

manpe 10,861
Actually I got 132 or 133 in English.. I have one 133 score, but I don't remember in which language it was done. 134 is definitely Estonian. But I'm glad LumH finally got his fingers out of his ass. Now it remains to be seen if you can be consistent enough to keep hitting the 130+ mark.

manpe 10,861
The race is for 3rd place for us mere mortals That's usually how it is in the Olympics. There are one or two who dominate (Bolt, Phelps for ex), and the rest fight for bronze. A true olympic competition.Anyway, I did my English record in a quite casual manner, hence why I got so few mistakes. I'm now quite confident I can repeat the 140+ mark in English too, hopefully. Will have to go eat and gain strength first

manpe 10,861
This fella here is even better.http://10fastfingers.com/user/107276/I wouldn't say so. He's only taken 12 tests and his average is lower than mcook's. mcook is far more consistent with this average of 151 and two flawless typing achievements. Hutcho 8,443
Here we go fellas, Time to make way for my new PB... It only took me 4 extra attempts....ADD SOME OF THAT TO THE SCOREBOARD.... Literrally one of the greatest feelings.... "I'd like to thank my family, friends, various coaches, and TC for making this all possible, i really couldn't have achieved this without all your constant support and admiration, and with this i am saddenned to announce my retirement from this prestigious event as i seek other sports in which i can be really shit at... Thankyou"
manpe 10,861
Higher WPM = better. His record is only 2 points better, but mcook's average is 6 points better. That counts for more, shows consistency.Anyway, capriccioso, could you make the nicknames in the table clickable with official profiles?I found that LumH has one too: http://10fastfingers.com/user/151791/ ... would be interesting to follow people's graphs.
