Yup, but think Jose could convince him he is 3rd choice behind Matic and Cesc, and we could play with 3 midfield when away. I'm worried about Ramires fitness last season and with RLC still adapt, also Mikel rumoured to leave, I see why Jose want another midfielder. Cabaye could be a good option, if he want to join.
