Wish someone would just grill him further on his future/contract situation. Since he said he's happy here, then why hasn't he signed the contract? Guess the answer would be obvious but would be nice if someone forced an answer out of him, just to hear exactly what he has to say.

Doesn't it wind you up?This is our best player, One we want to offer millions of pounds to and the captaincy and seems like hes going meh!

And if they did try to pin him down he would just do his little boy lost look and giggle his way out of it.

If we couldn't get £200mill for him this year we will be lucky to get half that next summer unless  ZZ and RM want him

But for now he at least looks happy enough. Lets get him working on putting us in the top 4

Typical Hazard quote. Never gives much away. Hes staying for this season, lets see how it pans out. No need to panic, which I'm assuming many have been beforehand with the fact the windows closed for English clubs and not for other European clubs. 

Traditionally hes a slow starter in terms of how his season goes but 2 sub appearances, looking very good and has 2 assists. PLenty more to come.

Think hes just saying Conte was also a top manager. Where as Willian was quite vocal about his dislike of Conte to Brazilian ESPN I think it was, Hazard obviously not so much.

No, not exactly the same situation like Courtois. At least no WC footie next year, which means he will have to report back much earlier and we will have an idea whether he want to stay or not. That means we have plenty time to spend the money if there is some club try to buy him. But, yes, the ideal will be for him to sign at least sometime from now until January.

you guys are forgetting that we are talking about chelsea here.

Think people getting a bit worried about if we lose him next season far too early, we are 2 games in, yes hes world class but this is a big year for the club. Just enjoy him while hes here for now and then we will see what happens next summer.

He is absolutely world class player that proven himself here season after season. If there is a player worth that pay, its him. Kante comes close second. People dont see yet we will NOT be able to replace Hazard. We couldnt replace Costa, nevermind Eden who is 10times more important in our attacking play.
