Probably doesn't give a fuck. He comes off as the most carefree and laid back dude ever. Just tell him when to show up for a football match and when to go home.

Don't think he'll be best to pleased about all the idiots accusing him being of being a serial diver because of this episode.

Only Internet trolls are accusing him of being a diver. Everyone knows he's not one. Nothing to worry about imo.

You sure? There's an alarming amount of people that somehow think he feigned injury the other day, even a few Chelsea fans.

I actually think he cares a LOT. Behind the façade is a belgian thing: someone being hurt professionally from action is quite the cultural no no for a belgian. Thats why we always compromise!

‘Maybe it’s not the best game for players like me because it’s hard to get on the ball and dribble due to the fact it’s very tight and there isn’t much space,’ he says.

‘Both teams will want to fight, be aggressive and make it difficult for the opposition. I remember playing well in that match, when we won 1-0 and Branislav Ivanovic scored, and if I can do that again it will be very good for myself and the team.’

Hmm according to him the team is ready for this match.

If we are honest he clearly got the ability but his mentality is not of a big player. He seems to have no desire to ever reach that next level and clearly content with where he is atm, a great player who will play well when the circumstance suits him.

He will never be like Ronaldo or Messi because it seems he hates responsibility and got no intention of improving his desire. That is fine as he is still an excellent player for us, but at the same time he won't ever win the biggest personal prizes in football and be compared to the greats despite his seemingly unlimited potential.
