I think he is growing into the Chelsea tradition and identity slowly, you can feel he is more relaxed and happy in the english culture from his interviews, as you said he is also not someone who'd throw a huge mess to go, certainly not this season as we have the Champions League to compete for next year. 

I think at some point during the next couple of years he might realize just how close he is to Lampard/Drogba status here and really go all the way, trying to win the CL for this club and becoming a legendary figure, rather than going to a huge club like Real Madrid, guaranteed to win everything at some point in his career but not being considered as big a legend as he would be here. 

There is also the Neymar shadow that would be eclipsing him in Spain. 

But then again, this might all be bullshit and he might hand in a transfer request by July

Spanish media are so obviously desperate for Hazard to move there, that's why they keep writing about him day after day. Their hope is that after seeing all those articles Madrid fans start to want him too and that would force Perez to try and sign him. Absolutely no real evidence of there being any developments or else we would've heard something in the English media too.

Just offer both Hazard and Courtois new contracts as soon as the title is sealed and start looking towards building the team for next season.

Contracts dont really mean much nowadays tho mate.

We could give them all golden handcuffs with a yearly wage rise and a loyalty payment if they stay for length of contract but it wouldn't keep them IF their hearts wasn't in it.

It's Marca and their Real Madrid agenda. Why should we believe them at all when they always come out with BS?

Marina Granovskaia is not known for making such promises and there's been no hint whatsoever from the English or even Belgian media over the past few months that such agreement took place and suddenly Marca just came up with it? It's just the typical BS from the Spanish press.

Not ruling it out 100% but his family are pretty settled in London and as long as we spend wisely to stay competitive at the highest level, I see no reason why he would want to leave. Could be part of something really special under Conte.

He'd rightly be considered the king of English football if he played for Utd, wore the #7 jersey and won the trophies he's won with Chelsea.

What an addition he turned out to be. Sure, he was a huge talent when he arrived, but only a select few fulfill their promise.

Absolutely in love with him and will probably end up as my absolute favourite Chelsea player. The uncanny awareness, the gentle touches, the dazzling turns, the incredible balance and body control, the superbly timed bursts, the elegant way in which he glides past players, the surprising way in which he rides challenges, the hilarious way in which he embarrasses anyone who tries to stop him and his innate knack for the spectacular in terms of tricks, flicks, feints, attempts, goals and assists. And when you kick or target him, he simply gets back up and continues to play his game.

Off the pitch, he strikes me as my kind of guy as well. Positive, chill, enjoys a joke and a laugh and loves his people. Might buy his shirt next season (never buy shirts). Nice sentimental momento.

I'm in total agreement that Eden wont be going anywhere. I dont think hes unhappy here, we wont accept any offers for him and I think he would be looking forward to seeing what we could do in Europe all together.

I'm not even sure he would be interested in RM in 2018.

I dont know if its the playing at RM that interests him or playing under Zidane. And Zidanes contract finishes next summer doesn't it?

Not sure when Zidane's contract ends but even if it's not 2018, he could be sacked at anytime anyway, which I'm sure Hazard is mindful of.
