Stingray 9,441
Ow I loved his performance. I hope this season with that slow start had ensured of a steady incline in Hazardousness, like before but on a much bigger scale. If he can grow now and not lose form he will be massive - pure massive. Thanks Mou :-)
Ryan Fong 2,776
What can I say, he is going to make a history in our blue shirt! His lower body strength is just incredible, his acceleration and agility are something out of this world. If he keeps working on his finishing, he has an very good chance to reach Messi's level. Tchekitchek 37
I don't know why people compare him to Messi or Ronaldo, he is very different from them. I'd rather compare him to Iniesta or Ribery; at 25 he will be at their level if not more. Blue Armour
petre.ispirescu 4,928
I don't know why people compare him to Messi or Ronaldo, he is very different from them. I'd rather compare him to Iniesta or Ribery; at 25 he will be at their level if not more.same here, if i can compare hazard with any other player on this planet than it must be ribery, and you know what - hazard at 22 is better than the 22-year-old ribery. the frenchman has had a slow start in his career, but he showed what he is made of at that world cup in 2006. his performances in that tournament made real madrid, arsenal, lyon to bid for him, but he chose to stay for one more season with marseille and go to munich in 2007. and we all know what happened to ribery after his arrival in munich...now let's hope hazard will follow the same path, but here with chelsea and not elswhere. jose knows how to deal with his immense talent and if chelsea and hazard will have a great season, then the world cup in brazil should be the last step in the young hazard's development. this world cup tournament can't come at a better time than this for chelsea, with hazard, oscar, lukaku, de bruyne, schurrle, courtois, all talented and young and playing as starters, more or less, for chelsea and their national teams. this is one of those tournaments that can change a player from "a talented one" to world class level and i have a feeling we will see the real hazard and the real oscar in a year from now. and lukaku too, why not, but those two in particular. Gilvorak 3,734
Messi and Ronaldo are both once in a generation players. Messi even more so.Ribery & Robben status is what he should be aiming towards for now...anything higher than that would be a bonus. semiller1313
Jase 43,479
According to Portuguese newspaper A Bola, Fergie chose to sign Bebe rather than Hazard back in 2010...http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/346834/Manchester-United-missed-chance-to-sign-Chelsea-s-Eden-Hazard-settled-on-Bebe-insteadSir Alex Ferguson decided to plump for a deal worth £7.8m for Bebe instead, on the recommendation of then-assistant boss Carlos Querioz."With feet like his, Bebe was able to score 20 goals per season," Ferguson was quoted by Portuguese paper A Bola. "We saw Hazard, but instead hired Bebe. Who would have bet that would not work? "It is clear that he had a difficult childhood wandering the streets of Lisbon." Rmpr 8,977
Nooo, when he's on form noone can stop him... Oooh right! When Hazard is playing bad the fault is on the other team's defence, but when he is playing well it's all his credit. I see...
