Gervinho, a good player? Hahahaha, funny Arse fans. Opposition fans have gone into denial about Hazard's immense ability. I wonder what their excuse will be when Hazard rips them apart? :P

look I diskike Arsenal more than the other guy but Gervinho is indeed a good player justnhaving a hard time adopting I say give credit where due

Nice comp of his game against Montpellier the Champions of Ligue 1.

Shows some of his dribbling skills and pace. Also shows that he's used to being pushed, shoved and hard tackles. This is a comp of all his actions so you 'll see him lose the ball sometimes too. ;)

Enjoy !

edit : If your wondering at 4:17 why there was so much commotion. That guy who tripped Eden up was already on a yellow card and should have gotten his second yellow but didn't.

Definitely not worth £32m or whatever it is if that's how he usually performs.

Totally disagree - he's clearly a game changer. The whole of the opposition resorted to fouling him in order to stop him. I think that's the most I ever seem one player be fouled.

Top player. I hadn't seen him before as I never watch the Ligue 1, but after watching a few videos he has really impressed me. Not being biased, but I seriously think that he's the player that Chelsea need and Chelsea is the club that he needs.

Hopefully he has a long and successful career in the blue shirt. At Man City he'd be just another fish in a large pond, and United already have players similar to him (Valencia, Nani), so he's made the perfect choice imo.

L'Equipe: Chelsea have convinced Eden Hazard to drop £70K from his wages. He is going to earn 100K a week. How is he a mercenary now?

Before tax that is meaning he's going to be earning less than 70k after tax per/week? Wow, what a beast. Told you guys he is now where near as bad as the media purport

Can anyone who speaks French tell me what does Zidane say in the video? Appreciate it!

Nothing special really, he's basically just saying that he has recommended Hazard to Real's president, that he told him that there are great players out there with great qualities and Hazard is one of them and he didn't talk with Mourinho about it cause he assumed that he already knew about Hazard.. He concludes by saying that he likes the player and what he's doing (for the club).

? I know £32 is a lot of money but your paying for both the player that he is today as the potentially worldclass player he could become (given the right support). He's already a very good player but he's still only 21 and he still has stuff to learn.

What about his free-kick ability? Now that both Ballack and Drogba are gone, we are without real free-kick shooters. Is he usually accurate with them?

He's been working on his shot this season and has also developed his freekick taking.

He can kick it like the one i just showed or if it's a bit closer to goal he places the shot.
