The Olympics and Euros are not the same. Euros = best teams in Europe competing against each other.

Olympics = Playing against teams with a vast majority of U-23 players.

Yes, i honestly expect to see better against that kind of opposition. Not just because we're linked to him, but because of the stupid price he is quoted to be worth.

If not for that, i would have cut him some slack.

I don't know now... 3 weeks ago i would have bit your hand off for hulk at 32 mil... But now i am not so sure... He is a great player, his record at porto says a lot, but the portugese league is not as good as many of the other league especially the prem... One of his main appeals, is he fills a role we have struggled filling for a few years whilst providing a useful backup to torres, as our 3rd striker (Assuming Lukaku goes out on loan), however 32 mil for a 26 year old who has performed amazing for porto yet recently hasn't shown a lot seems a bit much considering the new signings we have and the fact it woulf be anothe rattacking midfielder that is not cheap... I say, if they are willing to lower thier expectation then perhaps put in a tempting bid slightly less that 32 mil, and see what happens, as atm there doesn't seem to be as much external interest as perhaps was said in the early stages...

lets be honest people only want him here because he is big and has a cool name! other than that he has nothing else going for him he is so so overrated the only good team i have ever really seen him play great against is Benfica and Atletico Madrid apart from them who else is there?

I'm not a big fan of Hulk but I think we should sign him (I know that's contradictory) because he has a powerful shot and I think he would be very dangerous cutting inside in the Premier league. He has the power and pace suited to England.

We would have more firepower if we signed Hulk, I don't think anyone can deny that.
