Well if its between Hulk and Moses then I think we should go for the green monster instead.Moses is a very good player but his chances of him succeeding here will be very slim.Maybe this season he will get some few games because he will be our 3rd choice striker and right winger but what will happen next season? He will probably get the same number of chances as I can see Torres leaving and a world class striker coming with then the return of Lukaku and then there is Danny also.Obviously,I cant exactly know what may happen to our strike force next season but its clear that Moses won't go up the pecking order.

So then why sign him at all and ruin his career.Signing Hulk on the other hand will make him an automatic starter and will give us the same luxury of having a striker and winger in one player. If Chelsea can offer a starting berth to Moses and give him the chances we intend on giving to Hulk then the Moses deal should be a real bargain but that's highly unlikely and so therefore maybe its best if we forget about other alternatives and just concentrate on getting Hulk.

Which makes signing him strange. Hulk is best as a 4-3-3 winger but we are going to play a 4-2-3-1 system so Hulk would be playing on the right of the 3 as an attacking midfielder.

Yes pretty much I think but he will have a lot of freedom. Similar to how Robben is used at Bayern. Also a good striker as well

Hazard also played 4-3-3 at Lile. And C.Ronaldo is playing LW in Real's 4-2-3-1, and he's very similar to Hulk. Hulk and Hazard will need to contribute more defensivly but its definitely not strange to assume they could do this.

Would peope prefer Hulk or Moses and someone like Cavani? I know which I'd prefer...

Nuri Sahin.

Heck.. I'd rather hijack Madrid's Modric deal than sign Cavani atm, the current double-pivot is giving me nightmares.

The trouble with our double pivot is defensive protection though. Not creativity. Would Modric really be the answer to that problem?

Not exclusively. What we don't have in the double pivot is an outlet, someone who connects play. It's mutually exclusive. Lampard should be the one linking play up due to him having the necessary skill set but due to his natural B2B tendencies he leaves Mikel exposed.

Modric has the ability to make the right decision on when to join attack and when to sit deep to connect the team. A Mikel - Modric partnership in the pivot would be glorious.
