I actually kinda like Mancini, at least his personality. Like how he stood up to players like Tevez and Balotelli at times. My respect skyrocketed when he and Fergie got into it on the sidelines during the derby. Seeing Fergie turn into a red beast had me loling.

We don't just need a striker, we need someone with the ability to do a job in any forward position. Torres and Sturridge are quite adaptable and can put in a shift in a wide position, but Hulk is the missing piece. We need strikers. We've lost Anelka, Drogba and Kalou. We could do with two more.

Well Sturridge and Ramires are pretty good there but it's not natural to them. We'll have to see how Hazard and Oscar go. Would still like a Hulk type player or a CF.
