It's kind of shocking the number of things he gets away with. Ac had a poor first half, but made up for it with a brilliant second half.

Luiz can ball watch for the goal, get beaten like a training cone 2-3 tines and still nothing. Kind of weird. Hope we don't give him an extension. Ac, Rudi, zouma, tomori should be our 4 CBs for the next season

Not at all. Luiz is one of the best players of our season. He is also the king of though ball (he is leading the PL sats this season). The team have the 4th best defense of the season. If Sarri stays, our defense next season is David Luiz + anyone.

At fault for another goal but Henrique has a point, he is key to our backline, his ability to step out and play through the lines or long diagonal has become a common feature of our play and if Sarri is to continue, we need to find someone in this mould but better defensively as it helps out. Koulibaly would be the dream but no chance. Also was very impressed by Jorginho defensively tonight, he recovered a lot of balls.

Defensively yes but again until we get someone else better defensively who can do half of what he can do with the ball, he will be a regular. Sarri probably pushing for him to get a new deal just like he pushed for Pedro to get a new contract in the summer.

Saying he is our best defender does not make it true. You can shout it off the rooftops and would do fuck all. He is a pathetic defender. Always has a mistake in him which sets the team back massively in every which way.

Time for Sarri to get "creative" and identify someone who can do a better job then. Sticking with Luiz isn't going to get us anywhere.
