It was fair. Very stupid move from the Iranian guy. After whistle you don’t kick the ball out of the stadium, especially if you are booked.

in isolation both cards were very harsh and more so in combination. punishment for kicking the ball away is very inconsistently applied and should in no way decide a CL k.o. game

Agree with the inconsistency part. Should be always awarded with yellow card.

 

First yellow card was harsh? He trashed Chiesa. I support for Porto tonight but I think this red card is not on the ref, it’s just plain stupidity of the player.
