What is crazy is how Frankfurt always gets their strikers scoring for fun such that they can sell them for big money only a year or two later. This pattern has been going on for ages now. Jovic, rebic, haller , Antonio Silva, kolo muani, now marmoush. Maybe we should loan them one like PSG did. 
The club is obviously well run despite its high coach and staff turnover, the fanbase is the best in Germany, the stadium the most atmospheric but there also appears to be some kind of identity transcending whatever coach or squad they have atm

I don't see Marmoush following that trend. He's been improving most parts of his game (scored two FK winners in the past week) and just looks perfect for the EPL. Liverpool might want to line him up with his fellow countryman.

Apoel with a surprise win over Fiorentina. There's surely no chance they'll reach a third successive final, right?

The fact there's no drop downs from the EL makes it an easier task on paper than previous years as well.

The new UEFA format stinks.
If they wanted more European football they should have made the stage of 16 into a mini league and make the associations reduce the number of teams in their top divisions by 3.
