That’s exactly why I am optimistic. Big enough enough for our players to give a shit and still weak enough to not be beyond our means.

I hope so. But if I think about Jorginho vs. Salzburgs extreme pressing and dynamic midfield, I will have nightmares.

Real acid test for Ange Postecoglu and his style/philosophy but so far so good for Celtic, in fact unlucky not to be ahead. Playing some brave but great stuff.

And there is Madrid, doing what they do best, as they did last season against us, PSG and Liverpool. 1-0.

Noah Okafor is starting though, deffo a young CF to watch

Just came back home from Salzburg vs Milan.

I have seen u mentioning his name quite often so far, but tbh, I have seen a lot of live games of him, and I always had the impression that hes a high quality player for the Austrian league or maybe even German Bundesliga but was doubtful about if he could make it on a bigger stage.

But today he was really fantastic, which made me wonder if I could have been wrong about him. Not only did he dribble thru Milans defence quite often and had a excellence linkup play, he was also great as a target man, receiving long balls with his back to the goal, using his body to shield the ball and starting attacks from that by turning and dribbling past the defender (Tomori had a lot of problems with him) or passing the ball to others. Definitely a guy to watch, even for us. He was a level above Leao today I have to say.
