Today I got an 1 in math. Feeling really awful.

Here, we have 1-5 system (1 is the lowest mark and 5 is the highest one). I have 5, 4+ (needed only 0,5 points to 5), 3 and this awful 1. I can't repeat test - can only take the extra mark. What would you recommend to me? We have one more test 'till the end of the year and if I get it 5, I'll have math 4. Should I go for this extra oral mark to improve this 1?

Oh god I was so shite at revison!Always ended up tidying up my room or do some random crap..

The ole days of school.Mine has changed so much.Gone from being the 'best' upper school in the area to under Special Measures and its gone so mental locking the gates and random crap...dont think could go back and do anything education wise again!

Oh school, how I miss you. Tbf, if I went back I'd probably want out in a couple of days what with the lack of freedom and everything. But I went to a great school, with a great bunch of guys, and we had some fun times that I don't think I'll ever have again in life. The only criticism I have of it was that it was an all-boys school

I just remember the random protest over the Iraq war we had and just spent about 2 hours in the local park...not sure why but was fun at the time...then another one cause something the head done...good times lol.

Dude, you want to have a 5 in maths?! I'm gonna have my probably second most important maths exam this Friday and I'd be more than happy with a 3. I wish I had your luxury problem Anyway, if you feel confident enough to show the teacher what you're really capable of doing then I recommend the extra exam. If not leave it.

So since i have started UNI i have had 4 test, two of them being 50% of my end of year mark for the class and in all the tests i have got 90% and above
