The second assist is just class.

Do you think Kevin is ready to step up at chelsea next season? Or is a loan for another year better for him in your opinion?

Definitely not on loan. They're not working out for us, even with a talent like de Bruyne. I'd keep him at Cobham, let him come with the reserves first go get him to adjust in England with the Chelsea lads. I'm sure Lukaku would appreciate the company.

I think he should stay with us in next season and adapt to the Premier League at Cobham. We need new winger in the summer and probably striker or another winger (if Torres doesnt start to score) and it will be:

Sturridge/New winger-Mata---Hazard---

-------------------Cavani/Sturridge----------

KDB (and Kakuta) could be a quality back up for these wingers. At least he can do better than Malouda or Kalou.

Interesting thing is he played CM for Genk today. I did think he had all the qualities for a box to box goalscoring midfielder abit like Kroos, but now we've gone 4231 the need for a midfielder like that is far lessened. He can just play in his natural position. I wonder if he could play deeper in a 4231 though, he has good passing and energy levels and was compared to Defour - a deep midfielder - in his youth.

I see what you're thinking about. Tbh I was asking myself that just a few days ago. A player like KDB, who has vision, great passing skills and is very creative could do nicely as a CM, but he would need to put on some weight for that position. Other than that, I think defensive qualities, such as tracking back and marking can be learned. But as a CM he wouldn't be able to use his excellent crossing ability which is, looking at his overall game, a very important part of it, so it would be a though price to pay.

Lukaku,Josh,Kevin....run for your lives! run for your careers! We will always play Malouda and Bosigwa ahead of you all! If all of our strikers we injured long term we would probably play Hilario upfront and even didn't include Lukaku on the bench.I gave up on any young player in Chelsea, just don't buy them wasting money on quality players that we won't play.

Short description:

Last weekend in the Belgian Jupiler League the last games before the play-offs were played (system where the best 6 play play-off one for European football and the title, etc.).

To get into playoff 1 RC Genk had to win against AA Gent on the last day of the regular competition!

Genk conceded a goal in minute '41 => needed at least two goals in the second half.

This was the moment that a 20 year old super talent stepped forward as the leader of his team (playing in central midfield => really his best position).

In the second half he gave two assists and scored the 3rd goal as icing on the cake.

=> Genk winning 3-1 thanks to one guy: yours Kevin De Bruyne!

I can imagine nobody is waiting to learn dutch :). Therefore just skip to 1.50 min and enjoy the action of your new Chelsea starlet!

Apart from his goal ... make sure to watch his brillant defensive action and incredible pass (with outside rightfoot) to set up the counter at 2.20min.
