kellzfresh 7,229
To be fair to him, mourinho didn't play him enough. But, I thought KDB had the highest work rate in Germany last season, I expected at least to see a him being a hard worker during the matches he played to support that stat but even willian is more hard working than him which is a shocker. How KDB managed to cover the most distance in germany is a flat out mystery to me. Totally different player from what I thought in terms of workrate.
johnnythefirst 1,076
No,,not bundesliga again kev!!! you must be patient,,all you need is playing time. how about loan to midtable PL club?? everton...Why shouldn't a player go to the Bundesliga these days? Good pay, practically every stadium is sold out and all clubs are financially stable...The PL has more title contenders, that's true, but they're gaining fast... Korea 734
So, KDB is worth more than Reus, Schurrle, Son, Sahin, Ozil etc....

Perhaps, he may recover ?You may be right. At times he played like he just gave up and stopped trying. But its Still shocking how he covered the most distance in bundesliga. That stat must have been fake. He is not a high work rate type of player, he is more of the juan mata mould from what he has shown here. Dortmund would be a contender in England too. Schalke, Leverkusen and the likes would be subtop.
Sidzeret 2,257
That is really not true. KDB was always a hard worker, a runner. ^^^ He showed how good he really was during pre- season. I'm not assessing him based on that alone but in his time in Germany also, the lad showed great work rate. Probably one of the reasons why he played a few games in the pivot/CM at Werder Bremen. The Mak 4,459
José: 'If people think they can get our good players on sales, the sales finished in London yesterday.'Love that quote! Great to know that the club is trying not to be undercut on the market anymore. It's about time as well. I'm tired of us being extorted when buying players and then clubs getting our players on the cheap/free. This inflated market is a two-way street!Good to know as well because it seems like we'll have a few youngsters who can't all make it into the first team in the future, so we'll be looking to get the maximum out of our investments (e.g. Piazon, T. Hazard, Atsu, Traore etc. can't all play for us!). kellzfresh and Barbara
kellzfresh 7,229
That is really not true. KDB was always a hard worker, a runner. Honestly, it never felt that way when I saw him play. When oscar or willian has a terrible match, I still see them running, tackling, and it looks like their giving their best. But when KDB had bad games, he just disappeared completely. This happens to people who don't have workrate, like ibrahimovic, berbatov or coutinho. Either he gave up already and made up his mind to leave since, or he just isn't that type of player. Popular Post! CHOULO19 24,332 Posted January 3, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted January 3, 2014 Am I the only one who thinks that 20m for Kevin is normal in today's market? It's clear that he has excellent ability and a very high ceiling for development. The Mak, Dion, Ainsley Harriott and 3 others
