Hamilton 2,120
He had some good games this season, but a little inconsistant atm. Just like the whole team acctualy..I don't think the interest from Cfc is as big as in August.. Do you?
Hamilton 2,120
Besides, if anyone is interested, Libombe will takes the place from KDB tonight, another young talent that made his cl debut against Cfc..
CHOULO19 24,332
If he scores the only goal tonight against Leverkusen giving us first place in the group, I say we pay 30mil for him!

Hamilton 2,120
Kevin gave an intervieuw when on stage in Turkey with his Genk team. He doesn't expect a transfer this month but thinks that his club maybe asks a little to much for him. His plan is to leave Genk this summer and he believes Genk will allow him to have his 'Big' move.He also came back on the Chelsea mather of last summer. Saying that everything between Cfc and him was arranged and that Cfc had a good plan for his future (probably loan back and another year loan after this season). But the Genk board didn't want to cooperate and splashed a 9M€ value on him..Let's see how this turns out, at first he needs to get back on the field (been injured for a while this season) and back to his old form.. Marvin123 534
I like kid! Is very honest too! http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11668/7410706/De-Bruyne-holds-Blues-hope
Severinb 309
Chelsea are still interested in signing me and have a plan ready for me. It would be perfect if they'd sent me out on loan to another team first. Something like Thibaut Courtois at Atletico Madrid. He has made the right choice,” De Bruyne told Sporza.De Bruyne admits he would find it hard to stay at the Belgian champions for another season, but admits his club’s valuation of him could scupper any possible deal."Staying at Genk for another season is not an option for me. Chelsea were very serious last summer, but you never know what team shows an interest this time," he continued.“Maybe Genk's asking price is too high. They want to receive as much as they got for Courtois [€9 million, (£7.5m)]. That's a lot of money for a player from the Belgium league.”The midfielder insists he is not worried about joining Chelsea merely to play in the reserves like fellow Belgian youngster Romelu Lukaku as he believes just training with a club like the Blues opens many doors for a player."Lukaku's situation at Chelsea doesn't scare me," he said. "He's training with some of the best players in the world. Even if he doesn't succeed at Chelsea, he'll have become a better player."You can join pretty much any team once you've played at Chelsea." BlueLion. 21,491
Seems an intelligent kid. Definitely would need to include a loan-back clause to secure the transfer, Genk (quite rightfully) will want to play hardball in order to get a good deal for their star man. ZanSnake 1,211
January buy with the loan back seems the most suitable option for now, and then have a look at the squad at summer and see if he could be a good squad member or not.
LDN Blue 7,903
I don't think he'd even come into our squad if we signed him now. Hope I'm wrong, but yeah, I wasn't that impressed.
Marvin123 534
I think it's more of a squad signing with a view to improve him over time, and our scouts must see something in him! But all I've seen is a very killer cross and and good link up play, themaybe they will try improve his speed and stature
Rubber bullets 1,183
We should really stop with the whole concept of loaning him back. I believe that was the reason a deal collapsed in the summer.

Beirut_Blues 306
He accepts the fact of being loaned out like Courtois... He even accepts playing in the reserves and just training with the team.. so why not
True_Blue 469
If he faces Lukaku's status, then don't even buy him he will just root on the bench
teignman 441
The latest from the horse's mouth:http://www.espn.co.uk/football/sport/story/129257.html?CMP=OTC-RSSFrom what I've witnessed of De Bruyne, I would say he's very good at passing. Not that much pace relative to his position, and I don't see his dribbling opening up a PL defense at this stage of his career. If we can get him cheap and he has no delusions of waltzing into the first team, so much the better. He should not be a top priority though.
