accepted but it does explain why rafa fans would act that way.

rafa has AT MAX 2-3 more years which is 8-12 slams. lets say he wins 3 more garros which would take him to 15 slams. this leaves him with an outside chance of overtaking or equaling federer (very minimum possibility) but we can hope that rafa ends his career on a high or has a very good one year or djoko has one very bad year. on the other hand if roger wins this or any other slam then their is absolutely no hope.

i would love for the scenrio to be different, one in which i can support fed when he is playing djoko for the title so that he can wipe that smug smile off djoko's face but unfortunately things dont pan out the way you want.

No matter what, Roger and Rafa will be the two iconic players to have graced the sport of Tennis. Rafa will be the KING of clay for long time to come. Rafa's style of play was always that of brute strength and power. His body had to give in sometime. 3 grand slams in the next 3 years is all i think he can achieve but i also feel Roger will win atleast one Grand Slam more! Both wrote the golden generation of tennis.

He is the best tennis player in my heart, no matter what ;) because of his heart, his mind, his energy, the way he plays the game. He makes me feel all crazy things when he plays because his attitude and his quality and talent are out of this world.

have no idea, but nothing in sports ever touched my heart as much as Rafael Nadal. I had all crazy feelings watching some of his matches. 2008 Wimbledon final will always be the most extreme experience I have sports related. That was unbelievable.

Well I love Tennis so I would much rather watch someone like Nole or Ridger or even Haas or Stepanek(love him!).

I know it sounds harsh, but I just can't stand the brand of Tennis Nadal plays. It's like how you feel about football and Barcelona.
