Yeah forgot about him, but I still don't think he's good enough to be in the starting XI as a CM/CDM for a top 4 PL club...But he's versatile player who could be decent as back up/ rotation player though. In jan and next summer, they might get their targets for other positions...I think Falcao+RVP is better link up than RVP +Rooney. However, Rooney is captain and makes a ton of money so he won't get dropped.
