Korea 734
On the best day, David Silva is a superior number 10..... However, we haven't seen that since 2011-2012 season and the fact Silva plays mainly as a winger for City.....
Azpinator 2,325
That is not putting stats above anything else! And please, dont quote me out of context again...Yeah funny because @BlueLyon didn't say stats are above anything else and you just assumed that. I was showing you that I could easily assume that you contradicted yourself. And please, you don't have the right to tell me what to do. I posted things Oscar did against Norwich, in which two arent even stat related...LOL!And he did meant that since Ozil and Mata had better stats they were better players! And please, you don't have the right to tell me what to do. I do have to right if the thing you are doing involves me.

Mate, it may not look related to you but to a different person it might. Not even stat-related? You were talking about goals, shots, assists and creating chances, how are some of these not stat-related?I saw it that you cared about Oscar's stats in a league game when you wanted to defend him, BlueLyon obviously cares about stats as well but he did explain later that they "matter a lot" for individuals, so he didn't mean that they are the #1 thing to judge players on.And man, it's a forum, I can quote and say stuff to anyone. I try my best not to offend but if the mods/admins see something wrong they would warn me. No hard feelings.

OMG, do you even know what statistics mean?I posted things Oscar did in the game that I thought were relevant, something completely different than giving Oscar stats against Norwich!I mentioned four things: a goal, an assist, a good pass for Schurrle and a great play with a poor finishing. That is just me telling Sheva the good creative plays I thought Oscar had in the game. When is that giving statistics to prove a point? It is not like I was arguying about completed passes, convertion ratio, shots on target, the amount of tackles, etc...Anyways, this is Mata's thread and I wont prolongue myself with worthless off-topic discussions. OMG, do you even know what statistics mean?No because I'm retarded and all.I said they were stat-related, and that I thought you cared about his overall stats in that game.Anyways, this is Mata's thread and I wont prolongue myself with worthless off-topic discussions. But you're the one that brought Oscar to the discussion 2 pages ago. I was comparing Oscar's game against Norwich to Mata's, so I was obviously having an on-topic discussion! PATHETIC!No because I'm retarded and all.I am starting to think so... Jase 43,479
Michu on Mata..http://www.theguardian.com/football/2013/oct/09/michael-laudrup-chelsea-jose-mourinhoArguably Laudrup's most important act as Swansea manager was completing the signing of Michu for just over £2m last summer. The Spaniard has gone on to score 27 goals for the Swans and been rewarded with his first call-up to the Spain squad for their World Cup qualifiers against Belarus and Georgia. The 27-year-old placed on record his thanks for Laudrup, telling the club's website: "It's because of Michael Laudrup that I am here. He is one of the best managers I have ever worked with in my life."He also revealed Chelsea midfielder Juan Mata has been helping him adjust to life in the squad. "I feel like I am annoying Juan Mata as I am always asking him about the training and the new experience," he said. "Mata is helping me a lot, I know him very well. I can't describe the feeling when I went into the pitch wearing the shirt of the best team of the world."But it is very easy to play with all these players. The players who are in the squad are the best in the world and they're at the maximum level."

We Hate Scouse 10,326
Chelsea star Juan Mata given thumbs down by PSG fansNow that's bad journalism...He got the thumbs down because people voted for Iniesta over him? What an absolute non-story.The results were as follows:Iniesta 58%Mata 30%Sergio Ramos 6%Casillas 6% Rmpr and Kieran.

CHOULO19 24,332
Not really, he'll play less than last year due to depthAnd due to the fact that last year we had a record number of matches...Not to mention that he was our main man last season in a 4-4-1-1, while this season we actually have a system built for the whole team and not just one player. bushman 2,043
Mata has been playing less than last year, I agree. After Jose " improved " him, he should be playing a lot more, in my view. After all, we already seen his play, recently.
