magic weeds 446
I think they were saying he was spains number 10 in U21 championships.Lol, no mate. the article says AVB has reserved the number 10 shirt for mata. definately not part of the negociations with Valencia. but maybe those are just incentives for mata to accept to come to Chelsea, cuz you have to know that if he does not want to go to chelsea, there will be no negociations between chelsea and valencia. The player has to be d'accord.

lionsden 4,689
And how is skysports or BBC any more reliable than marca? Valencia have already declared their intentions to sell Mata to the club that meets their 30m valuation. Considering we are the only club currently in the race to sign him, why would it be hard to believe that our offer has been accepted regardless of the media outlet that published the news?. chrismada9 1,948
I won't show the same on PES until Mata joins us! Until then! He's still a Valencia player on my game...... it sounds really promising these rumors though! I really hope we get him!!

Tortilla9 390
I think we all want it to be true but you never know with any media sources with the exception of twitter which is gospel. Wouldn't it be a great way to start off the weekend if it does happen?
Tortilla9 390
I feel better, Sid Lowe who has his ear very close to Spanish football said "Mata deal to Chelsea very close".
Term-X 7,891
http://www.marca.com...1313785446.htmlapparently its a 5yr deal and he will be given number 10 shirt.I doubt that, when Benayoun joined the club he demanded the number 10 shirt, as he wanted to be perceived as a first team player.
