Chelsea Sack Andre Villas-Boas

Great points, perhaps the most that stood out was:

MOURINHO FEELS THREATENED SO HE'S CLEARLY TALENTED

Mourinho was opposed to Villas-Boas' ambition to be a manager, when he left Jose's back room staff to embark on his own managerial career, in 2009. In fact, they've fallen out over it. The 34-year-old's incredible success at Porto and subsequent hring by Chelsea confirmed why Mourinho was worried.

I really don't think it's like that, but interesting point to dwell in.

I dont know, last season Carlo said that when Abramovich has a contract, there wasnt any problem, so he was cool about his job. Lets remember he always said he was staying, then was fired days later.

I dont think his interview means he is safe.

For me it means he has full support in this players row, but in the end the results is whats matter, he wont survive If we dont get at least 4th place.

Yeah yeah, my post was being evasive. I was just referencing to the clash AVB Vs Players (I even didn't have in mind the part I have underlined in you post).

I personally think the reason avb has gone public with the 'player power' 'not everyone believes in my project' is a clever way to get the message across to the fans that some of our players are being less than professional in their behaviour and not putting in a good shift on purpose, there have always been rumblings of player power in the dressing room from jose right through to avb and I think the worm has turned amongst the supporters, alot of fans are seemingly changing their minds about it being avbs sole fault for the current state of affairs.

If we have players in the dressing room literally putting in half hearted performances on purpose to get avb the boot than that is bloody sickening, they are a cancer in the dressing room, if there are a few unhappy then they may try to persuade others to follow suit, I do think a couple of players who will leave in the summer may be someone you thought wouldnt be a bad apple though, expect leaks between now and season end.

Lets look at the bright side of this unsavoury affair, at least we look to be getting the much overdue and needed clearout this summer, the new spine appears to be taking shape, in potentially courtous if we bring him back in summer, luiz, ramires, mata and torres if he finds his scoring boots.

Malouda is definitely one of the players not behind the project and probably told he is on borrowed time, hence the attitude.

I'm only posting this because it made me laugh. I didn't write this, it is a fellow Chelsea fan reaction on AVB' recent comments how not every player has to back his project etc.

You wanna know what this means? let me tell you

ATTENTION!!!! ATTENTION!!!!

ALL EPL, SERIA A, LA LIGA, BUNDESLIGA, SPL, LIGUE 1 AND CLUBS AROUND THE WORLD.

There will be a massive sale at Chelsea this summer!! I am Talking huge.

We have old and out of form strikers, Slow and Dull Mid fielders, Defenders whom the very act of defending is foreign and all types of bench warmers and they all lack TECHNICAL Abilities, but most of you dont know what that means or entails anyway.

Come early and you might the 2 for 1 price, because thats the chelsea way, expensive buys cheap sale.

come come all of you!!! Even Mourinho is welcome to this Sale. (at least jose you get to speak to those players face to face instead of texting all the time, interrupting my practices. No you dont need to show your face at Bridge, we will ship them to you. Tax and shipping fee obviously not included in Transfer fee)

So please make your Appiontments and spread the Word and we will see you this summer.

Thanks

That article is not fair, because I could give 20 reasons to sack André Villas Boas.

Fair? the article's not fair because it gives 10 valid reasons to why we should not sack AVB...

If it was the other way around i'm sure you wouldn't complain.

Also i'm intrigued, can you please give me those 20 reasons?

Yes, it was an article by someone who want AVB staying. It should give reasons to sack him also, and whos reading put it on the balance and decide if he must leave or stay, thats why its not fair, specially because he gave some reasons that are not necessarily related with him, like:

- Chelsea needs stabilty: right, but we the right manager, whats the point of staying with a manager that is not the right man for the job,

- Chelsea must get rid of egocentric players: thats also right, but wait, we can get rid of this guys and also get a new manager.

Thats why I can create 20 reason to sack him, including:

- Chelsea must get rid of egocentric players: AVB is not making the changes the team need, since Terry is still a starting XI and captain, despite his poor form and the recism row, he is playing Bosingwa as a Lef Back and instead giving the youth a chance, he bought a 29 years old avarage player to be an impotant player of the midfield. Chelsea need a manager that make changes more quicky.

- Chelsea needs stability: AVB is really young, and still has a lot to prove, its very difficult to have stability with this kind of guy, because in every bad moment in the season, questions about him being the right man or not would come and it will affect his work and how the players respect him.

AVB has been doing his best to get shot of the player power, yes he may have gone a bit too far with the Alex and Anelka situation but would you rather Malouda's hairdresser was still coming into Cobham and Cole was bringing air rifle's in?

actually YOU know less than Baldric

Ah leave him be. He has a special knowledge that us mortals won´t be able to understand.

Henrique won´t let go until there is a "new man", and if that one fails to win every game of the season with more that 2 goals than he´ll ask for his head again, totally forgetting that at some point we can´t require a quality manager who´d actually wants the job.

But it is so easy to ask for the managers head even if the things are more complicated and the problems at Chelsea reach deeper than the manager´s position.

I think
