Boas is just another wrong investment of our dear russian zar. But for those who think we

will get rid of him, your so clueless whats going on behind close doors!. He is here to

stay, the day he will be sacked is the day our Roman Empire gives up on CFC!.

Wish Roman would take over as manager for just a season ...Press conferences ,,team selection ,,,making the subs ,,,,wouldnt take

more than a month to learn what the job is like . Will never happen tho and he may never learn.

Not to mention the hardest part - conducting trainings, man management, pre-match and half-time team talks.. and tactics. He wouldn't last a month.

To be fair can we blame Roman for not thinking long term when we have a fair chunk of fans that can't think beyond the middle of next week? Genuinly would not suprise me had their been a fickle number calling for his head after Shane Long scored in August.

Fans have a right to be fickle.

The board have brought this feeling of uncertainty about the managers' future because of their recklessness over the last 7 years. We cannot be blamed for having such thoughts.

I don't buy this dictatorship the media have us believe that Roman makes the sole decision to hire and fire. I'm sure he's been ill-advised by the board by the likes of Buck & Gourlay who will say anything to keep their own jobs.

Speaking of rights, Roman has the right to do whatever the fuck he wants. Anyone can simply quit following the team if they can't appreciate this fact. You certainly do have the right to do that.

What the fuck are you talking about?Roman doesn't have the right to do whatever he wants (the latest issue with the stadium can prove that).Chelsea isn't his toy.For all those who have been real supporters (and not just claiming that they were) before Roman arrived,Chelsea is the best club with or without him.Noone is and will never be bigger than the club so don't tell us to go and support another club if we don't agree with all of his choices.Owners come and go,(real) fans don't.

I'm quite disappointing due to the lack of rotation that has affected Mata and Sturridge (not to mention Cole) and the latest line-up choice but such mistakes are not important enough to not trust his project anymore.

On a more general note: We are going through what is the equivalent of last year's "bad moment" as evident by our inability to score from anything but set-pieces, moments of individual greatness and strokes of luck ; there's always more than just the coach to blame for such periods.

I'm curious whether he'll manage to get the team to perform in the CL, will be a great sign if he does.

The fans have become that way because of what Roman & his board have done with regards to hiring & firing managers. Sure there would be some plastics that would still act the same way but I think the majority that have become "impatient" are only the way they are because of the actions of the board.

By the way, I'm curious. I wasn't a part of this forum in the summer of 07 but can anyone remember what the general population of fans was saying after we failed to win the title? Were there calls for Jose to be sacked?

Yeah, that's something I wish could have been handled better this season.

Cole has been playing almost non-stop ever since that ankle injury in 2010...In fact, I think he got himself carded on Tuesday just to get some rest!

Let me rephrase that again. Roman has the right to do whatever the fuck he wants with what he owns - most of Chelsea FC - as long as he's playing under the rules. CFC is very much like his toy although I wouldn't call it exactly that. Latest issue with the stadium doesn't prove anything because the pitch was never in Roman's possession.

And the reason for my original post was because someone made it sound like only the fans have the rights to be fickle. Roman and the management team, as devoted fans of the football club themselves, also have the right to be fickle. In fact, everything they've ever done was within their rights. I also didn't tell anyone to quit following the club. I said that they have the right to do so if they didn't like the owner's approach. I just never liked the fans' sense of entitlement

Btw, good for you being a real fan. I'm really happy for you. <_<
