We'll get hiddink for sure. Spurs now saying they're not going to sell luka to anyone, so that paves way for pastore I feel. Don't want lukaku, but will be an exciting prospect at the same time. De bruyne will be loaned out, and I'm hoping we do a good job with finding a right winger. Thinking sanchez will go to barca. Would love hazard or mata but can't see us being smart/ quick enough to land either.

Funny thing with us in recent years, we dont seem to do the whole transfer market the right way and end up with a heap of disappointments. Hoping this period will bring about a change at chels, but remains to be seen, with the new manager and who he admires. Need an increased emphasis on young talent and that's happening more and more now!

So I feel like everyones assumptions were based on us getting Hiddink. Now that we've established were not getting him, how does that effect our transfer policy now?

It seems as tho villas boas won't make any big signings (yet) as he's going to want to get acclimated to the squad. So maybe all this Neymar-Modric-Lukaku-Pastore-Aguero talk will be put on the back burner for a month or so.

Then again, what Roman wants, Roman gets...

My creative midfield is still Pastore.

and winger......With Sanchez wanting to go to Barcelona and Neymar to Real Madrid, i would take Arda or Hulk....but i like Arda better, as will cost less then Hulk.

The only guy i am willing to pay more is Pastore cause he is worth it. But the club has to play hard ball, and not pay the full amount the owner wants.

Anything else is a gift. Falcao and such, gifts for me.

But we desperately need a creative force, RB, and winger.

P.S. If AVB sees Josh, Yossi, and Mikel as good enough for our creative midfield, then I won't complaint. If he can do good with that, then he will be genius with me!

Naah mate he really ain't that special, and he had a pretty shitty season. I think we should stick with our current right backs. Andre can probably reignite Bosingwa, and Ivanovic is too good for bench.

I'm pretty sure Ramires will be used to battle in the midfield, not on the right, and that Andre will stick to 4-3-3. He used it in Porto with success, but he also noted that he used it because it was the clubs tradition and that he didn't want to change it. It is same here in our short history, and our players are used to 4-3-3.

That depends on our board mate. I'm simply saying that Ramires will play in the middle, and probably have Essien's role. Imho we should really get a playmaker. It is up to AVB to set up our midfield.

I,m all for discussing big names its exciting but i,m hoping AVB has realised we need to go back to 2 wingers , last season we were too predictable and the big boys know it. So if he did who would you go for?.
