Just one slip up from City and its breathing space. Players tend to perform better when teams have a sort of gap between especially towards the business end of the league. 9 points ahead still is not going to make us favorites unless City drops even a point somewhere before both teams get par on games played.
I reckon he is worth 20-25 million but considering interest from Spurs and, maybe, other sides, the price is just about right. Any team must have had to pay up in a similar range. Also the Bale transfer just inflated the market by 5-10 million.
I'm sure AVB would have watched our Fulham match and made amends for that matter, but I'm not sure if Sherwood will pick that up. Similar runs could win us that match as well but then again Spurs doesn't play much of a high line.
Similar run from Torres dragging defenders with him. Left a ton of space for Oscar. On second thought, Hazard should've passed to Oscar who was in a significantly better position than Torres to get a shot in.
This guy is unplayable. You mark him with one guy, gets past you easily. Mark him with 2 guys, releases someone else with a ton of space to exploit. Keep it coming.
