Too bad someone started this thread after the PSG defeat where Cech was not in his best of forms. He should stay as Chelsea No.1 for atleast one more season IMO. No question of quality there. The poll would've been a whole different if we had a better strike force and had better results. Its like blaming Cech for our defeats this season which clearly is bollocks.

Actually did a decent job in midfield and one of the rare occasion this season where he really played for the shirt with passion. But we can see by his movement in the final third that he is not a midfielder. Unlucky with the OG. Can't believe he is getting too much stick for our defeat.

Even if we finish third and end title-less thus term, it would be a success IMO even though it looks like a step down from last season under FSW. The difference is that we have a definite style of play this time around and huge potential for the future unlike last year we almost looked clueless at times. Also we did go for the title this season while he battled for third last season. After a good summer transfer window, we'll be favourites for the premiership next time around and real contentors in Europe.

The next 3 City games are gonna be vital for the top 3. If City win all three, it's home free for them,essentially knocking us put of the title race. That could screw with our players' mentality for the rest of our season and don't know what the fuck is gonna happen after that.
