oh right fulham, how dare could we forget about our recent success with this expirienced players out there... sry our fault... -
the worst thing ist, that from carlo's reaction you can see that everythings seems like it was the way I'm thinking about how on earth can he think this? read the bold-lines:
-
@Esk sry Esk I cant agree, I think our best midfield right now is this one: ----------------Mikel ----Ramires-----------Josh (Lamps in 4-1-2-1) -------------(Josh in 4-1-2-1) and all of those three midfielder have shown pretty good outings for us this season, whilst Mikel has had 2 or three bad games the whole season, its right Lamps is over it, as is nic, and seemingly Drogs Malouda and Ess (he has ben awful despite one game after his red card).... this midfield has everything you want, speed and dynamism (Ramy), Strength (mikel), technique (mikel/Josh) and very very good passers (Mikel/Josh) its all about Carlo if you ask me, Lamps should be our own Giggs like drogs and Malouda, Anelka, Ferreira, Hilario and Kalou should be sold and Hazard/Pastore/Dembele (2 out of this three) should be brought in plus sanchez, like BLion said, he is a wonderfull right winger.... thats the best solution I can see right now...
-
thats why i said dembele and hazard or pastore are needed, two out of this three players... i told everybody dembele would be great for our midfield two years ago, nobody belived me, so let fullham grab him for 7 MIO POUNDS
-
I think we do we can play all this options --------------------Mikel/Ramy/Essien----------------------- ---Ramy/Josh/Essien------------------------Lamps/Josh/Zhirkov (and for diamond) -----------------------josh/Lamps/Zhirkov/Malouda---------------- as for the flat midfield three ---Ramy/Josh/Essien------------Josh/Lamps------------Lamps/Josh/Zhirkov we need two additions at all, Dembele and Hazard or Pastore, thats it.
-
our midfield WOULD be good enough like this: -------------------Mikel/Ramires--------------------------------- Ramires/Essien----Josh/Lamps--------Lamps/Zhirkov

So guys this can't be true, if anybody of you have learnt to know me in the last couple of years, than you will know me for being one of the last persons who want to sack the manager, but if the manager isn't responsible for a whole squad, I repeat, a WHOLE squad out of form then I will tell you, yes he is, he is, he is and he is! If you want to, you can find reasons and excuses for anything that happens, even for Hitler! You could tell us he was a poor poor little old man who didn't know what he was doing and didn't ment to kill millions of people, but the bottom line is, he was a sick bastard who exactly KNEW what he was doing. Sometimes when I read these posts with the whole "Carlo isn't responsible for the players on the field"-shit I really doubt my knowing about the tasks of a football manager. First of all: A manager of a football team has a staff behind him but he has to watch a game closely and see any weak links of his team. After this he goes to his staff and tells them which shit they've got to get sorted out is it passing the ball quicker, is it his technical ability, is it his stamina, is it his heading, is it shooting, is it decision making, in short terms, every fu**ing single weak point of a player has to be sorted out through Carlo, telling his staff, which training is needed, than he has to take a close look in training. If Carlo discovers that the player hasn't worked enough in the training, he has to take a place on the bench, if not he has to go to the stands, simple as that. Note Carlo has to discover weak links and communicate them to his staff Second: Carlo has to instill the winning mentality into his players. This willingness to get his foot on the last ball for the last shot in the last minute of the match, this will to push the ball behind the line with every part of his body. The players must have the will to win every Mickey Mouse-Cup or Milkiway-Cup on this Planet, the only possible outcome of a match in the heads of a player must be a win, nothing else, like Guss, Mou and even the players themselves, when we in a fact had no manager (Grant-Era), did. Note Carlo has to instill winning mentality Third: Carlo has to give his players Hunger. These kinds of hunger to bite, scratch, tackle and fight for every inch of ground on the Field. This kind of hunger you need against "big" teams (Real, Barca, Manbuh, Liversum…) to get all over them and smile at them when they don't find any space, take them every space to breath, like Guus did with Mikel when he ALONE owned the whole Barca midfield, or when Essien absolutely destroyed Xavi in the second leg. This kind of hunger for winning, for two footed tackles in the box, no fears no respect for anybody. Note Carlo has to instill Hunger and determination Fourth: Carlo has to have the guts, to place any player on the bench or in the stands. He has to select the team and is responsible for the players on the field, if even fans who have no clue about the football world know better than Carlo which player doesn't justify his selection than something is wrong. I would take Sala or Mellis over Malouda and Essien any day, because at least, they would give it their all! Note Carlo must be brave enough to leave ALL stars on the bench if needed Let's take a look on all this points: 1st discover weak links and communicate them to the staff, does Carlo? NO, if there was one or two players not fit and sharp you could say, OK the player is a bitch and don't gets his shit sorted out, but a WHOLE squad out of form talks for itself 2nd Instill winning mentality, does Carlo? NO, in fact we look like a team that is happy not to lose and try to avoid defeat 3rd Instill Hunger and determination, does Carlo? NO, just look at our players, we look like puppies with no teeth in our jaws, a disgrace to Denis wise and our former Self (Terry, Drogs, Lamps, Riccy, Maka, Zola all fighting pit bulls on the field) 4th Brave enough to leave players out of form on the Bench, does Carlo? NO, if you've taken a look for the last four months you will know why I'm not trying to tell you that Carlo isn't CAPABLE of doing this or not TRYING to do this, but it seems like it won't work for him, not here and not with us, this was what I've told 2 years ago and it has come true a NIGHTMARE for me!
-
if the next line up isn't this one we will surely know carlo is fucking clueless: cech bane----luiz----terry---any other leftback despite ash give bertrand a fucking chance --------------------------mikel -----ramires----------Josh----------------------Lamps ----------------------------------Torres -------------------Drogba
-
so this is the great midfield of ramires-essien-lamps that everyone wants us to play, intresting to see how good it has worked... any body who finds some irony in this post can keep it fucking DISGRACE!!!

^+1 superb Madmax this is exactly what I'm regarding as our strongest line-up right now may be drop anelka and get torres there because I think anelka is worse than Drogs right now (I know this sounds impossible but its like that) with josh comeing on for franky every now and then for about 30 - 45 Min. :goodpost:
-
Players out: Ferreira, Hilario, Zhirkov, Kalou, Anelka that makes five and thats the most possible numers right players wrong

Gael Kakuta (Sub) Could have scored a debut goal. Showed good vision in his 20 minutes on the pitch 6 And as for Kakuta: “He’s now a part of this team, so he deserves the chance to come in and establish himself, and tonight he showed what he can do. He came in and did so well. He didn’t disappoint anybody so it was a good introduction to the team and we’re all happy with him.” Read more: «link» C'mon GAEL

the firsthalf was defensive wise somehow strange especially Mikel and Bane where disappointing, we where the better team on any time but two lapses cost us two goals, OK the first mikel goal was something like a 50:50 chance, cause he couldn't have done anything about it, the defender took a shot and it somehow was diping and curleing and was in, there are only one out of 1 000 000 shots that go in like this one and this is not defendable... the second was a bit stupid but you have to admit it was an ronaldinhoesque freekick and its hard to defend that, as a wall you always has to jump a bit, and sometimes the ball goes through under you're feet, a good free kick... but the second half was different, Mikel played really well untill his substitiution, nitercepting countless times and than, get caught of possesion one time that was pretty stupid and not Mikel-like... else he dictate the tempo of the game really well, made tempo high and was the key for our good half, never took too long on the ball, despite 3 or 4 times, don't know what carlo told him on half time, but he really got things sorted out in the second. Hope he isn't injured for to long, because we have no real replacement for him Mikel 6.5 for his lapses in the first half, albeit he played really really well in the second I have to say, and was way better than Drogba this is not the Mikel we all now from the last 2 seasons looked like his head wasn't on his shoulders in the first half... Essien was invisible in the first half but was so much better in the second, this was the bison I learned to love great performance, in the first half it looked really like an Essien being lost in the game, we've seen so often this season but second half was sublime.... 7 Lampard 6.5 for his hard work, looked like he needs one or two games to get high to his old standards great penalty unstopable Cech wasn't as good as he used to be 5.5 at fault for the wrong possitioning of his wall and could've catched the first ball if he was down earlier... Bane a bit strange but I think he will be RB sooner rather than later 6.5 Terry super display 7 Ashley underpar but learned to deal wis el mohamady a bit better in the second half 5.5 Bosingwa 6 better than we know from him of late his crossing was bad like ever Anelka 9 super display in this free role at the peak of the diamond, just great... there is where he should always play with torres up-front alongside Drogs or Kalou Kalou 8 super display from Kalou, this is his real position and here you can see what he can do but his chance takeing ist STILL awfull, how on earth can you hit BOTH posts with ONE shot? Drogs 5 Flop of the Match for me, faded in and out

Luiz, for me, is the far far better signing, OK Torres is a superb Striker on his prime but like we've often said, he is pretty injury prone, Luiz on the other hand did cost the half of him (25 Mio.) and is the most exciting defender prospect, may be in the whole world, if we could get ou're hands on Mats Hummels from Dotrmung we would've a wonderful CB-Pair for the future, very much like Terry and Riccy when they played together. It has gone a bit under, after we've signed torres, but this delights me because we can see ivanovic moveing back on RB now, whilst luiz plays with terry and on the left side we've ash a wonderfull thinking... may be ash is a bit overplayed but with bertrand back, haveing played 140 Games of 1st Team football and the far better LB than PvA, another step in the right direction, I think this will be our feature backfour Bane--------Luiz----Bruma(may be Hummels? )----Bertrand absolutly delighted...
-
uhm as far as i'm concerned we need to sell1.3 million to get the cash back in, turnoverwise.... one shirt costs arround 45 Punds...
-
dunno what to think about this, was keeping quite because he's an injury prone player that hasn't hitted his old highs, would've prefferred Aguero and Sanchez way over this, his price tag is way too high, but at least it shows ou're intention to spent on players we need, hope anelka gets his Ass kicked now...
-
this is so fucking disgusting... it's no fun anymore... I can't take gourlay....
-
I can see a bright future for him, you don't get golden player for nothin, i thing kakuta can get world class he just has stop to be frightned when he plays he needs confidence in his skills, he can skin anybody on any day... as said, he just need playing time and confidence and he can be a worldstar... ok, he cant, because he's a chelsa player but you know what i mean
-
great report shane, but get you're facts right, despite haveing less possession we had as many chances as x-rated
